As a huge Oscar fan there's a myth and egnima that goes with his fighting schedule. After he got jobbed in the Mosley rematch he stopped taking boxing serious and truly started with drugs and womanizing. At that point he that point he realized he was gonna make 15-20 million regardless if he won or lost. 99% of fighters career would have been over after that Hopkins dive but he went on to to make 20 mill+ 5 times after that. His terrible habits had more to do with him losing than his actual fight schedule.

jumping two weight divisions to fight a wolrd class opponent with decent power and resiliance was always a big ask, lets not forget this when talking about how broner got up and carried on when talking about maidanas power and the fact that maidana can take big punches, speed also a factor when making such a move in weight.
at 140Ib broner beats maidana all day long.
however, marcos maidana IS a very good fighter and provides value for money EVERY TIME, boring is not a word in this fellahs head as he wants to fight and comes to fight.
floyd will make a statement with either an easy ko or a tough late stoppage with maidanas corner pulling him out and then,(the inevitable) mr garcia will retract all that was stated here and say "unfackinbelievable man".

It's just pathetic that between Floyd, Pacquiao, and Cotto at the moment, the one considered the pfp#1 is the one taking the easiest fight of them all.
Cotto is lined up to fight Martinez in a fight that could go either way and a fight where Cotto is giving up size advantage. Props to him for always taking on tough opponents and never ****ing or backing down.
Pacquiao is lined up to rematch Tim Bradley. Although the majority of the Boxing world feels pac got robbed in their first fight, Tim is always a tough customer and is coming off an impressive win against jmm. Props to pac.
Now Floyd. He's lines up to fight maidana. A strong tough opponent but an opponent who will be at a severe disadvantage in the speed dept. Maidana is slow as molasses and will get picked apart by Floyd over 12 rounds. He was thoroughly outboxed by Alexander, beaten by khan, and is only getting this fight because he made some noise by beating broner. A guy who just 2 fights ago was fighting at 135lbs.

The irony is Floyd last fighter would beat the shyt out of Cotto and Pac. And get called a cherry picker. Canelo would execute both Pac and Cotto. Floyd already beat Cotto so move along.
Pac already fought Bradley, and Maidana is balling right now. Was your punk ass on here defending Broner the night or the day after he loss to Maidana? Was you making excuses when Maidana won?
Are now all of a sudden you are cutting Broner a break because Floyd is about to fight Maidana? Yup that's what it is. And you are as good as your last few performances.
Lara did not look great against Vanes and people still call him a threat. Garcia looked average in the first Morales fight people still call him a threat. Pac got put to sleep by Marquez two fights ago people still call him a threat.
Martinez almost lost to Murray his last fight people still call him a threat. Man I will slaughter a hater like you on this topic dog, you don't want any parts of me dog. You are trying to shyt on Maidana to shyt on Floyd and acting like fighters don't get better or worse over time.
And in this case Maidana has gotten better under Garcia. If you don't like the fight don't read none of the articles, watch none of the videos, give your opinion and ignore it then.
