Agree with some parts and disagree with some parts, he acts as if he is putting on the better cards.

When was the last fight Arum promoted better than Matthyse Vs Garcia, Mayweather Vs Canelo.

In the end Arum is the one who REALLY needs to reach across that line, because we are gonna see Pacquaio Vs Bradley 3-4-5? Pacquiao Vs Marquez - 5-6-7????

    He's out of fighters

Umm... no. The money they paid Floyd is nothing but a loss for Showtime, that is why HBO said no they aren't going to lose money in the long run. It doesn't even make sense why pay someone if you are going to lose money? All showtime does is build up a guy to fight Floyd and then they lose. With the exception of Canelo (who IDK can even come back) if you aren't an established star when you fight Floyd your career is basically over. Ortiz, Guerrero and Berto and Khan never got a chance yet lol.

Sometimes HBO has the better fights...sometimes its Showtime. That's really the extent of it. Choosing a side is friggin ******.

Ok, but what he said isn't wrong. IDK why Golden Boy gets all this love, they are just as bad if not worse than Arum. I mean seriously Arum works with DiBella, Dunkin and K2 promotions all the time all on HBO. Golden Boy went nearly 2 years with only Golden Boy yet somehow Top Rank are the ones being selfish and impossible to work with, lmao.

In late December, Golden Boy’s President Oscar De La Hoya extended an olive branch to Top Rank Founder and CEO Bob Arum as he wished him happy holidays and also expressed that both companies should bury the hatchet and start working together again.

I think Bob has some valid points.

CBS President Moonves has declared war on HBO and is trying to unseat them as the #1 boxing network. Espinoza is a former GBP lawyer so I'm sure he is making sure GBP fighters (and richard, al, ODH) get the bulk of the CBS/SHo money.

But Bob is also staying with HBO because they are supporting his low budget fighters in addition to giving Mnany and Chavez prime dates.

Yeah, this is what Duva said too. They go their own way whereas other promoters work together.

Listen kid, I'm not talking about floyd fighting anyone from tr, I'm talking about tr and gb doing fights other than floyd.........understand?
