Arum wasn't trying to make the fight??? He set up meetings with all the big boys that I'm sure cost a ton of money trying to get this fight done. Floyd knew about Arum years ago Ariza basically is Floyd's bit.ch boy what we heard from him was really Floyd talking. Ariza said Arum ruins every big fight so if Floyd knew that Arum ruins big fights why did he make statements on tv and interviews I care about the health of me and my family so all Manny has to do is take the test and we fight. Now all of a sudden it's Bob Arum is the problem he knew Manny was signed with Top Rank years ago.

Pac refusing the drug testing 14 days before the fight, Arum having fake negotiations, Arum claiming he doesn't know how to contact Floyd, the necessity to build a stadium, the cut won't heal in time, blah blah blah. All the negotiations should be transparent so the fans could see who is pulling what shenanigans. The boxing authorities are impedent. Arum Should have to produce a legally binding contract and it should be decided by a commission concerned with legitamate championship fight purses whether A promoter gets a step aside fee to let a fight happen, or if a contract is acceptable.

I blame Floyd for some problems, I blame Manny for signing with crooked Bob when he should have known better and I think Arum is a lyer. Lets see that contract Arum wants Floyd to sign.

You are going way off topic you avoided pretty much what I stated. I said Arum sucks so do all promoters they all talk a lot of nonsense it's common sense it's a PROMOTER they are promoting their figthers and want to get the best for them so the promoter and fighter gets the most money possible so the whole stadium talk is not surprising the biggest fight in boxing history of course a promoter would say that he wants more money BUT it wasn't a reason the fight never happened. The first time around even as a Pacquiao fan he is equally as much to blame as Floyd everyone wanted it there way and the egos got in the way. It's not that he's not fighting him simply because he doesn't like Arum. The point is that he feels Arum was wasting his time during negotiations because he wasn't really ever trying to make the fight. That's why he's saying Arum should step aside. It's not as simple as, "I don't like you, so I'm not going to fight Pac." It's more like, "I'm sick and tired of you screwing up these negotiations. Step aside, chump."

Funny sh^t is.... pac wanted 30 days... floyd said 24... then pac agreed to 24 days... floyd changed his mind again to 14 days... then pac agreed to 14 days... then floyd changed his mind yet again to testing up until the fight.... then pac agreed to that... floyd changed his mind and said, "I dont do business with arum".... I call that BS!!!!
