Floyd Mayweather Jr vs. Manny Pacquiao Master Discussion Thread

Let's get this straight so people would understand as Espinoza, being a lawyer, is just splitting hair. From several sources in the media, negotiation for the fight is said to be on-going, this much fact has been confirmed by Floydie himself. Several media outlets quoted as Arum saying they have agreed to the terms set forth by representatives of Floydie and this was neither denied nor confirmed by Floydie or Espinoza or Ariza. Espinoza did not refute that there was/is a negotiation and he did not refute Arum saying Pacquiao's camp had already agreed to all the terms dictated by Floydie's side, Espinoza's bone of contention is there is no contract to sign. Of course, there is no such document yet to sign!!! That document is for the lawyers to draft. When Pacquiao tweeted Floydie to sign the contract it simply means he wants Floydie to to thumb up the agreement they have reached with Floydie's representative which is tantamount to having a virtual contract, not necessary the paper we know as contract but a virtual one since all parties involved have already a meeting of mind, i.e., one party proposes the terms and the other party accepted the proposed terms. Under this condition a contract had already been made, not on paper but on the meeting of minds between parties involved.

Skipping through the BS, Pacquiao has publicly stated there is an 80/20 chance the fight happens.

Floyd should lose his P4P status if he doesn't sign for this fight. If he is the best ever,...and will supposedly have an "easy" time with Pacquiao THEN WHAT ARE YOU F**KING WAITING FOR??!!!!???
And he will make $100 Million Plus.
He's not worthy of the P4P title.
If you disagree with me. Then let me know.
I respect Floyd's skills. I think he's a top 5 defensive/counterpuncher,..but I think he knows he's going to take some leather in this fight. He hasn't fought a lightning fast southpaw that fights an entire 12 rounds.

Yeah so Manny has said today on Sky Sports Ringside that it's 80-20 chance to happen, but if it doesn't now then it never will.
Man up Floyd!

it doesnt matter if floyd is actually ducking or not. if the public calling him a duck even pressures him a little bit, then why not? best case scenario, the fight gets made. worst case, you disrespected a guy who doesnt give a **** what you say anyways. no harm done.

Ironing out those details has nothing to do with Floyd. Do you understand that?
