If you think its incompetence, then well, you're a sucker and this is how they are able to continue this bull****
These "trained" refs are too ****** that they clearly stop a fight early, always in the favor of the "house fighter"? But the crowd and press and everyone else were never trained, so this is why they disagree right?
People need to open their eyes, this is corruption plain and simple. Mess up in favor of the house fighter, get more gigs and more gigs and then you're reffing big fights and then get into the HOF like Joe Cortez.
They're not dumb, they know what they need to do without being told directly. Same with judges. Chavez gets a UD against Vera, yet not 1 live witness in the press row scored it for Chavez and there were like 50 of them
You feel that the Brook-Jackiewicz early stoppage was due to corruption?
This is the type of ref that is ruining boxing based on his pure incompetence or getting paid under the table. Why is he still allowed to ref fights??? This is a fight where he is supposed to look out for the fighters but it seems like he's just looking out for himself because surely he's being paid under the table for these bogus stoppages.
Jackiewicz was never in the fight, he lost every round. Brook was hitting and hurting him at will.
It was a clinic & Jackiewicz was totally out of his depth. Blowing & reeling from every shot. Why let him go on?
He never stood a chance.
Just like Rios vs Pac, I'd of had no problem with the towel coming in or the ref saying ''show me something'' then stopping it.
Just crystal clear the levels involved and one fighter was taking way too many shots and had no chance of getting into the fight. One way traffic.

Of course corruption does exist.
But people can't seriously think that that stoppage was corruption. Why would it be? For what? Brook was clearly on his way to stopping him and in no trouble what so ever and dominated every round.
Or was it perhaps because Foster is known for stopping fights early? Is that possible?
Here's another question;
Ian John Lewis, he's another UK ref that's known for stopping fights early. Let's with the same line of thinking say all of these early stoppages are "corruption". Ian John Lewis isn't incompetent, he's "corrupt."
So, when he stopped the McCloskey-Corley fight early, he stopped the fight very very early, in favour of Demarcus Corley, meaning the house fighter, in his hometown of Belfast, infront of thousands of screaming Irishmen, lost the fight by an prematurely stopped KO.
You can't say 100% for certain but the pattern of this ref shows that there could indeed be corruption.
Why doesn't the pattern show incompetence?
Foster has prematurely stopped so many fights.
Why is it that there are people who predicted that Groves-Froch would be stopped prematurely? Did they predict that because they thought he was corrupt? Or because he's known for stopping fights early?

It's boxing, one shot can make a change. Brook's nose is made of cheese and his stamina is as if he ran 50 miles when round 7 hits.
If they guy isn't extremely hurt or in true danger then let it go.

Corruption? Or Incompetence?
I am actually starting to see a pattern in regards to Howard John Foster actually. I've just recalled he was the referee in charge of Cleverly vs D-Mac when his incompetence cost D-Mac his British & Commonwealth titles.
He clearly wasn't even hurt and was playing possum.
I think he was saving Cleverly from further embarrassment tbh as all he was doing was hitting fresh air, arms & gloves and D-Mac was toying with him at that stage.
Probably another fine referee whose soul D-Mac has taken along with Terry O' Connor
