It don't matter weather it's floyd or PAC , they both get the blood pumping for the fans . Fans who love boxing and ain't 1 eyed will wanna watch them no matter what .

Watching Floyd fight is just a different viewing experience than any other guy around currently. I see action or blood and guts fights all the time they are pretty common, at a high level they are less common but still around they are fun to watch.

Watching Floyd put in work is a unique experience because no one around does it even close to like him putting on true master classes of the sweet science. Exciting is different for everyone but as a boxing fan I find both unique and excellence exciting.

And yea it is on the guy losing to make a fight, if a guy is winning easily he can't be asked to change up it is incumbent on the guy losing to go for broke to change the flow of the fight. Being too good is not the fault of the guy winning it is the fault of the loser~

Hit the nail on the head, and you sound like a true fight fan.

I think most of us are more mature than to fall for the same things that make casual fans love or hate certain fighters.

I saw right through Floyd's act from day one. He's not a bad guy at all, he just plays a role (and plays it well) to sell his fights.

He's a virtuoso in the ring without a doubt.

Every Fight! Just because the people he fight look like amateurs when they fight floyd doesn't make it boring. Floyd always shows up!

To be successful, he had to create that persona due to his lack of excitement in the ring.

His last fight. He was at his best and did it fighting a guy who you could clearly see was bigger than him in the ring.

Only time I really felt cheated was the Ortiz fight...very bad ending. Answer the question his last.

Floyd's style is why he's never been seriously hurt. I cannot fault the man for boxing smartly, playing defense, and running a controlled offense. Even though I knew Canelo would lose handily, the fight was awfully boring, moreso than I thought it would be. I've seen enough of Floyd's one-sided decision wins that I'm ready to see him finally get seriously challenged.

His fabricated persona is a bigger reason why casual fans watch him rather than anything he does in the ring. The only exception to this would be if he one day ends up fighting Pacquiao. People will care more about what happens inside the squared circle than any pre-fight stuff.
