Well swinging for the fences after being out on ur feet without not a single clinch or hold might not b quitting but its just as ******! I was talking more so about his fake ass happy go lucky post interview reminded me of Ortiz type of responses.

This comes with the territory of taking consecutive tough fights, especially with a style like Abner's, your bound to take an L somewhere down the line. And anybody can be knocked out. This is nothing but a minor setback. He will be back strong.

Mares was starting to warm up with his combinations when Gonzalez caight him cold on the chin. Mares went down hard on his back and barely made it up. Gonzalez went on the attack as Mares tried to fight him off, but Gonzalez dropped him hard for a second time and the referee waved things off.

As for Mares, Oscar WILL be pleased no doubt. Wasn't it just this morning or last night that he said that Mares would be the lb4lb #1 at any time shortly..... My gosh, he's a worse prognosticator than Teddy Atlas.... And that's saying something.

what? mares behave like a champion giving gonzalez props "you have to learn how to win and you have to learn how to lose" how does that remind you of Ortiz ?

LOL. No word from CatchWeightKing yet??? He was talking mad shit to me yesterday about Mares being a P4P fighter! I told your dumbass he was nothing special. The Ponce fight proved that. Mares is easy to hit, flatfooted, no jab, easy to time, no angles, etc. Now talk shit about that clown.
