LMAO..he's losing his mind now I suppose. I love Mayweather's business strategy but lets be real without Oscar most of this would not be possible. There was no logical other boxer to pass the torch to so it was hand delivered to Mayweather which is why he's continued to do business with GBP. Let Oscar keep talking as long as he's cutting them checks (If you think Mayweather was guaranteeing himself a purse you know nothing about business). After setting the record for an event is what gave Mayweather this kind of leverage..i'm a believer in being a star is based on skill and OPPORTUNITY..which is something Oscar could've given to anyone of his choosing. In many ways I can see why Oscar may today wish he had picked someone else despite earning $72 million for the fight.

You act as if Arum and Top Rank weren't possibly the biggest reason the Margarito and Pacquiao fights didn't happen (haven't happened yet in Pacquiao's case). Aside from those two fights, who could Floyd have added that he didn't to his resume???

Don't even say Paul Williams who lost to f**king Carlos Quintana 2 months after Floyd stopped Ricky Hatton.

Floydie's just mad that Canelo has a huge following... a he!!uva lot bigger than he had at 22. Imagine what it'll be like after he makes an excellent showing in the ring for this fight. Funny how Floydie goes off every time he's backed into the corner by reality.

Funny how you jumped to the end of Paul Williams reign but skipped the two years he stalked Mayweather for a fight or the fact he was named the mandatory but never got his fight. Not saying Paul would've/Could've beat him but that man was ducked and I don't blame anyone for ducking him but don't act like half of the boxers in his divisions weren't shidding themselves at the thought of facing him.

He has to go on vacation when guys have toothaches, needle fear, or their team doesn't want their fighter to fight floyd.

I wonder will this Money Team v GBP rivalry become the new King v Arum 20 years from now? I hope so. Two guys that obviously know how to sell fights and do big ppv biz.

This is genius and its all for show by the way. The promotion has been doing very well during the 10 city tour. Things are beginning to heat up and with trash talk between the two fighters things could really catch fire. Canelo probably won't do much trash talk though but I can see a lot of people tuning in for this fight because he is viewed as a legit threat. Love him or hate him but Mayweather is truly a polarizing figure.

They saved the best for the end. ODH and floyd may not be best friends and they do some shady **** outside the ring-but they stole all of bob's tricks and know how to make a fight interesting.
