you need to learn about the sport...

tito, srl and srr are all career ww floyd started at 130 telling floyd to go up to 160 is completely different than a career ww doing it.

HARDLY. Aside from Oscar paying off Floyd's $6M tax debts so he wouldn't lose his mansions, which is why Oscar has been co-promoting several of Floyd's fights, so to get paid back the $6M. While Floyd is out frequenting strip clubs while his children are home in bed, and he's fresh out of the klink for roughing up their mother, Floyd has spent 17 years being strategic about who he hand picks to fight. He's NEVER fought the games best, IN THEIR PRIME, and has always waited until they were well past their prime, had too many wars, or just got old. Junior ducked Mosley & Cotto for more than 10 years. Junior wouldnt' fight Pacquiao in his prime and still won't fight him, but Floyd has several good BS story lines for why not. Floyd chose Ortiz as opposed to Marcos Maidana, after Maidana destroyed Ortiz. Floyd lays fame to beating Gatti, a one dimensional, lead with your chin, cuts very easy fighter, Marquez who Floyd purposely missed weight and out weighed fight night by 25lbs. He went 11 rounds with a smaller one dimensional, lead with your chin Ricky Hatton. He would never go up and fight Bernard Hopkins or Sergio Martinez. Most felt Oscar beat Floyd so much, Floyd walked away from a $25M rematch. So don't tell us how you dominate, how credible you are... you ran from Guerrero, you'll run from Canelo. You're all smoke and mirrors. If Floyd JUNIOR is all that, why does he need Oscar to CO-PROMOTE his fights; seems he'd make more money if he were the ONLY promoter... apparently he still owes Oscar money.

Dude your dumba.s.s should NEVER post again, you made up so much bull**** in your post...first off Floyd vs JMM, Floyd weighed in at 146 and JMM was 144 and on fight night Floyd did not rehydrate 25 lbs that would of made him at 171lbs, now when has Floyd ever been 171lbs?

Secondly Floyd did not duck Mosley or Cotto, when Floyd offered Mosley the fight say 5-10 years ago Mosley said he couldn't train properly for the fight because of a severe toothache (google it) and after Floyd destroyed Gatti, Floyd's promoter at the time was Bob Arum, and Bob Arum was asked about the Floyd vs Cotto fight, and Arum emphatically stated "No, Cotto is not ready"

And I agree, Gatti is one dimensional, but wasn't that the same case Margarito was for Pacquiao, or how about take a dive "cover up clottey" vs Pac

Floyd vs Bernard Hopkins????? Are you serious, you do know Hopkins is light heavyweight right? That was the ******est thing you said out of all the ****** things you said...Floyd can't make 175lbs soak and weight with a 20lb dumbell in his hand...Sergio is a reach at 160 because he comes in at 170ish on fight nights

And you said Floyd ran from Guerrero? I won't even comment on that, anybody who doesn't stand still with his feet in the pavement and slugs it out is considered a runner huh? Your boxing IQ can't be higher than your shoe size
So now Floyd ducked Maidana too? The same Maidana who got the **** beat out of him for 12 rds by Devon Alexander? The same Maidana Khan whooped?

Dude I understand you are a Floyd hater but stop fabricating lies to discredit the man....come Sept 15th you'll have some excuse why Canelo lost...

... but they were southpaws. Williams is not the first to have problems with southpaws. Floyd is no southpaw.

Secondly, Floyd has a relatively low work rate. He relies on his defense to minimize the opponents offense to the point that his own low work rate is good enough to win. Williams is a big rangy fighter and can connect even if Floyd tries the shoulder roll or any type of defense.

lol .... if Williams didn't care about Martinez's punches, he certainly wouldn't be thinking twice with Floyd's punches.

I love this quote from Floyd. He is probably one of all time favourite fighters, its quite rare I hear a quote from him and think that he has come across very well but I really like what he is saying here.
First thing: Oscar ALWAYS has a game plan for his opponents that will result in Floyds downfall.
Second thing: No matter what you think of Floyd the guy can fight. That's what he does well. He talks crap, his lifestyle does not endear him to the normal fan, he leaves himself open to criticism but let's be honest he is one hell of a fighter.

There are others in the game today that have better physical attributes but I don't think I've ever seen a fighter who is as intelligent in the ring as Mayweather.
He will take a few rounds to figure Canelo out and then make easy work of the rest of the night. Canelo doesn't work hard enough or punch hard enough to seriously threaten Mayweather

floyd lowers all his oppenents punch output historically ,yes pwill got beat up by southpaws but they also have in common in that they were all movers, god at countering and accurate punchers something floyd is the best at.

p will wouldn't stand a chance man guerrero fought a harder puncher in berto touch his best but looked like a lost puppy against floyd, it's not about who hits harder its about the punch you don't see that is what hurts the most.

Pac and Floyd avoided each other. Cotto was scouting Floyd in the Bruselles fight, that was his friend and someone that trained in his gym. Floyd's easy destruction of his countryman made Cotto reluctant to face him. He didn't make a peep after that about avenging his friend's loss or any of it. Also if u actually watch Floyd's fights, in the Gatti fight, Cotto was scouting him there too and Floyd's performance there clearly unsettled Cotto. You could see it in his face when the camera panned to him. When asked of Mosley if he was gonna fight Floyd, he pleaded a toothache for God's sakes! Mosley waited to fight Floyd. Bottom line is, Floyd is not perfect and he is an opportunist, but some of yall really need to get off of his nuts.... People were avoiding him his whole career or it was at least mutual avoidance or because of Financial/contract dispute reasons (marg).

If DLH would've been a younger fighter it would've been a different fight! Anyways, more than likely Mayweather will end up like Tyson later on in life, busted and broke cause of his ******ity!!
No, Stop this right now, enough with this nonsense. De La Hoya didn't do **** for Mayweather. Mayweather is a PPV star because of his vastly superior skills and masterful performances throughout his career , his trashtalk, villainous bad boy persona and to a lesser extent, charisma, coupled with an excellent management team; all went into building the Mayweather brand which made him the PPV star he is today and it was not because of some PPV he had with DLH. Mayweather was already millionaire and had headlined a couple of PPVs before he fought Oscar. Oscar did himself a favor by choosing Floyd. There was no one he could have chosen other than Floyd that could have even came close to the numbers they did. You have to be an idiot to think that DLH played a major role in Floyd's success. DLH and his company was given the privilege to promote Floyd's fights and in doing so earns a few million and that's about the extent of DLH's involvement.
