Pac asks for a CW moving up to his 7th and 8th division. Can handle, defends at full weight. Can't handle, drops the belt on the spot, doesn't crow about being #1 in the division he knows he's too small for.

WHY? Because he is a HOF'mer who knows the sport of boxing? Your comment shows that you are a hater. PERIOD. Oscar did nothing but fight the best in his career and left no questions about his HOF status. I BET Canelo will come close to winning the fight against Floyd and Oscar will have a BIG part in that because we all know that Floyd wouldn't have beaten him if he had anything left. And still then, Floyd struggled to get the W.

It's funny that everyone forgets that Canelo and his team called out Floyd and said they'll do it at 150. Canelo fought at 147 until 2010, 152 should be easy unless he is having trouble with 154, which I've never heard.
It's even funnier that people (mainly DLH) claims that fight between Mayweather and DLH was close and he was a steady jab away from winning the fight. Oscar is sooooo butt hurt still from losing to Floyd, it's a bit embarrissing at this point. Everyone he fights is going to beat him and the dude even coaches people up until its time for them to get beat up.
Also, Canelo is 5'8" for dammit sake. Someone called him a CW, thats stretching it. Canelo is thick but he's short. He better top out at MW.

There is nothing that Canelo can do against Floyd except hope that Floyd is old. If and I mean if Canelo can sustain his attack for 12...then Canelo has a chance. If Canelo fights Floyd the way that he fought Trout, he won't beat Floyd.Last edited by Frank Ducketts; 06-10-2013, 01:29 PM.

you're mad the wba is making huge exceptions for floyd and they dont for anyone else. fine. but dont act like he's campaiging at 154 just to try and make an rgument what he is doing is worse thanwinning titles at cw. its not.
Manny dropped the belt because that was the deal bob negotiated with the wbo-agree to let 2 people who were a combined 1-1-1 at 154 lbs fight at 151 for the title, get a fee, manny will drop belt immediately if he wins.
