    - because it is much worse in this exact case! Same Rahman, but in MUCH worse shape.

Rahman was toyed with when he was a sparringpartner for Brian Nielsen. He was all punch and nothing more.

I have no idea how to measure which fanbase is worse. There's several posters not worth reading on either side and vice versa.

Rahman has wins over Sanders and Lewis and got straight jobbed by Tua twice. The guy could fight.

I got nothing but love for the KBros by the way. Have I said anything bad about them in this thread ?

C'mon, give me a break.

Wlad and Vitali are HoF'ers, first ballot, their resume isn't their fault, the HW era has been weak.
Your comparison between Wlad's and Vitali's resume says a lot on its own. Wlad surpass Vitali (resume wise) by a quite big margin.

Vitali is HOF I agree - he lacks in his resume, but Wlad is pure ATG however you look at it! That's the fact.

Had a hunch. If not, then, apologies!

Well I've had to listen to some real garbage from Klitschko fans for many years so forgive me if I have some built up hatred. The funny thing is I have always been a fan of the brothers and used to defend them a lot especially when everyone was writing Wlad off.

Fact is you say Nielsen toyed with Rahman in sparring, I'll take your word on that but I'm not a big believer in sparring stories. But here is some fighting facts, I've had Klitschko fans build up Corey Sanders as some kind of monster to me before, who when motivated was one of the most dangerous heavyweights in history (I am not exaggerating) and yet this is the same Sanders who got knocked out by Rahman, who you consider to be not much more than a club fighter, I guess he wasn't motivated that day? I don't really want to get into semantics, but my point is that I think Rahman, Sanders, McCall were all decent heavyweights at their best, but in general the standard in the 90's was much higher than the standard now and that must be acknowledged.

Not only did Wlad never avenge that Sanders loss, but Vitali (big brother) did it for him, nearly getting himself taken out in one round might I add. This looks bad for Wlad's resume, in the same way Lewis looks the better for avenging his KO losses.

The way I see it, nobody should be in the hall of fame at heavyweight.

Joe Louis? That bum got ktfo'ed out by Max Schmelling.
Larry Holmes? That loser lost to Michael Spinks, you know the 88 second Tyson victim, not once but twice.
Ali? That scrub lost to Ken Norton and Joe Frazier in his prime. A three toothed mongoloid Leon Spinks even whupped his ass.
Holyfield? Who hasn't that clown lost to?
Lewis? got laid the **** out by two underachievers.
Foreman? Loses to Jimmy (WHO?) Young in his prime, then embarrasses himself against of all people aids victim Tommy Morrison.

****** heavyweight bums throughout history, I tell ya.

old retired COrrie Sanders is not 1/10th the opponents that a Schmeling, SPinks, Norton, Frazier.

furthermore, Wlad ran scared ****less from old retiree COrrie, the others cam back and whupped the enemy ass without waiting for them to fade (spinks apart of course, hey he did ok for a LHW).

Lennox Lewis was afraid of Sanders too.

You can read about that just about anywhere.

                      Lewis freely admits it.

Sanders was supremely dangerous for the first two or three rounds in any fight.
