GBP thought cherrypicker was slipping because cherrypicker wasn't using his legs anymore, but maybe GBP will pay off some judges to score it a split decision for the ginger, or rob cherrypicker.

I think a mega fight against Sergio is actually winnable and would be more comfortable for Canelo weight wise.
Martinez hits too hard for the ginger... the ginger better stay away from martinez, although it seems that martinez's body is breaking down now, it might be a good time to take that fight

Then make the Floyd fight later and GBP would have more bargaining power.
if the ginger and beats martinez, I doubt cherrypicker would want to fight the ginger.

I thought the way martinez looked against murray and getting injured again and being out till 2014 that will be canelo's next target.. Win or lose vs mayweather

And the new catch weight king is Floyd "I fight them at their best" mayweather.

Why wasn't the Floyd vs. Pac negotiations this easy?

[QUOTE=Reloaded;13438973]Who asked for a CW in the first place. QUOTE]That was TWO years ago and only 1 year after Canelo moved up from Welterweight.......and Canelo could not make the 151 against Hatton and not after this much time......still does not let Floyd off the hook with his "I want a fighter fighting at his best weight, Cotto is undefeated" lecture and then goes on to demand Canelo fight at a CW. If Floyd wins, he needs to do the right thing and tell the world that Canelo is still undefeated.

Probably cause the network didn't take a massive loss in the previous fight and had to reverse the losing momentum.

There is more pressure on Mayweather than Canelo for sure.

Not only can't Mayweather ever do anything right, but he won't even equip his opponents with the proper tools to dispatch him. The fight is going to happen folks, and on fight night Canelo is going to weigh more than 154, period. Floyd lives and trains at about 147, so he won't enter the ring appreciably bigger or smaller than 152. He's going to have to face Canelo with what he has, so the newest "Mayweather killer" will rehydrate to something a bit heavier.

When we want the smaller guys to fight the bigger guys, surely we should expect some accommodation right?
If Floyd is going to come in the way he comes in, which is light, why is he worried about what Canelo's weight is? Anything above 147 all the way up to 154 is considered Jr. Middleweight, Floyd has the option of being anywhere from 148 to 154. If one is being honest, then all you should be concerned about is your own weight and being comfortable, not about the other guys weight - unless you are HOPING that it somewhat depletes him.

Give me some precedents, preferably not shameful like DLH at MW
