ALL DAY IM READING BLAH BLAH HE DRAINED HIM AND WANTS TO DRAIN HIM AGAIN

    WELL HERE ARE THE FACTS!

pac came in at 144 lbs against cotto thats 6 lbs heavier than his previous fight (138 vs hatton ) and his heaviest ever and up to 16 lbs heavier than some of his previous 8 fights

cotto came in at 145 ONLY 1 POUND lighter than his previous (146 vs clottey) and 1.5 -2lbs under his previous 8 fights

would u rather have to lose a pound or gain 7 b4 a fight ? i.e. Marquez vs mayweather

one pound is not a "drain" !

odl vs pac was a drain yes but that was Oscars choice he thought he had an easy night vs the midget

    think about it

if Danny Garcia (140) fought Broner (130) at a 139 lb "catch weight" who would u be giving the advantage to??????????????

am i the only one who is sick of this ****** bs , yes manny asking for cotto at 150 now that he has grown in to 154 can be considered draining but i personally think 150 is to big for manny an they would be at an equal disadvantage
Broner is basically a 140 pounder. Hed probably be bigger than Garcia. >__>...just sayin.

Anyway... Why post this topic? Has this just been eating away at you and legitimately pissing you off? Kinda weird man. No offense.

Its pretty sad that these guys have to keep discrediting Pacquiao, even to this catchweight ****, they have to keep hating, if they had such a problem with catchweights why not make 200 threads on other fighters who do them and discredit their legacy and wins. ITs only Pacquiao who gets this much hate, catchweights only are wrong when its Pacquiao.

The fact that Cotto looks ripped and dry should tell you everything. Cotto isnt ripped when in shape.

name another fighter who asked the champion for a catchweight after fighting at the full weight in that division

He was only coming down from 150. Remember he fought Forbes to prepare for the Floyd rematch at 147, then when that fell through went looking for midgets to beat up at welter: Hatton and Pac.

When Oscar was left on his own to make his own decisions, he always made a mess of it. As another promoter has said, "Oscar isn't very smart, you know".....
But what was Schaefer doing at the time? He's supposedly really smart, how could he not see this coming when it was obvious to any NSB noob?

He looked amazing? Is that why he asked a non contender for a 150 cw, with 160 fight night? Or was it the show he put on against a rabbi with a knee brace?

Whats the point, the catchweight is why Cotto lost?
