Mayweather, Pacquiao, Hopkins, Marquez, Lewis, Holyfield, Barrerra, Jones Jr., De La Hoya, Chavez Sr., Pernell Whitaker, Felix Trinidad. . Morales definitely belongs somewhere near Trinidad/De La hoya. . . So yeah, he's around 8-12th best. . .
I love Tito, that dude is the reason why I became a fan. Trinidad was the man.. It's not even debatable who the greater fighter is between the 2.

Trinidad is a great fighter. Not sure if he is an ATG. I think he is borderline. Morales is an ATG, Oscar is not on an ATG. I think JMM is on the level of Tito.

Oscar, Tito, Lewis, Barrera, and JMM are not greater than him. Out of these names Barrera is the only one that comes that can have an argument.

The other names, like Floyd, Holyfield, Chavez, Whitaker, Jones, Hopkins, Pac I would agree are greater than Morales.

Actually, take out Sweet Pea and Chavez Sr. . Although they peaked around the time Morales began his career, it owuldn't be really fair to count them in "morales" generation. . .

So maybe morales is the 7thish best boxer of "his era".

I asked them to prove MORALES WAS AN ATG.

IF YOU LOOK AT HIS CONTENTION HE HAS BASICALLY WON X2 OUT OF X4 TITLES THAT WERE VACANT.

HE WAS WHOOPED BY ZAHIR RAHEEM, PAC BEAT HIS ASS, BARERRA TOO.... I mean it speaks for itself!!!

These idiots think because one is in a good or a great fight, it makes them ATG....
In no way do I believe he is an ATG....hes a great fighter but not an all time great...

            THE FACTS ARE SIMPLE BRO.....

            X4 DIVISION CHAMPION.

HIS FIRST TITLE WAS A VACANT STRAP!!! Guty Espadas, Jr. the goddamn monster, did win the Vacant WBC Featherweight Championship, and after x1 defense Morales won it from him..... Wasnt that the same thing that Cotto did with Jennings??? Does anyone give Cotto mad respect for getting that strap from jennings?? lol its simply a ...

Its a paper belt bro whether you admit it or not......

PROVE ME WRONG. PROVE TO ME THAT HE BEAT ZAHIR RAHEEM.

PROVE TO ME THAT BOGUS TITLE HE WON LAST YEAR WAS NOT AGAIN A VACANT TITLE.

HONESTLY TELL ME THAT Morales beating Pablo Cesar Cano last year for a vacant strap helped his cause...???

            +

            =

            A BUM FIGHT LMAO

Tell ya what name all the people MORALES BEAT FOR BELTS AND LETS SEE IF HES ATG OR NOT....

YOU WILL SEE THAT HE ENDS UP IN THE SAME BOAT AS JUDAH..... AND JUDAH AINT ATG.

AND BEFORE PEOPLE SAY WELL JUDAH IS WISHY WASHY.....

MORALES WAS WHOOPED GOOD BY PACQUIAO X2 BARRERA X2, ZAHIR RAHEEM, AND WAS JUST BEATEN WHAT LAST WEEK?? AT LEAST JUDAH WON HIS LAST TITLE FAIRLY LOL, HE BEAT SPINKS AS WELL FOR HIS TOO....

TO PUT INTO PERSPECTIVE. HERE WE ARE AND MORALES WAS FIGHTING IN 2012 LAST WEEK, AND HE WAS ASKED BY A COMMENTATOR IF HE WAS GOING TO RETIRE IN 2006, HE EVEN STATED HE DIDNT HAVE IT ANYMORE. But with good matchmaking, hes looked decent since then.... He was supposed to keep the streak going last week but he couldnt....

Tito only lost to greats of this past era....Morales lost to david diaz, marcos maiden, Raheem and Danny Garcia...

Tito lost to Hopkins, Winky and Roy....

How the hell can this thread still be going on? Morales dominated top competition like Junior Jones, Daniel Zarazoga, Paulie Ayala and holds wins over two of the top 5 fighters of the last 20 years Barrera and Pacquiao. You have absolutely ZERO knowledge of boxing if you think Morales isn't a 100% ATG

So we're going to hold it against Morales because he wasn't more careful in picking his opponents while he was not only undersized but shot to pieces as well?

I dont know man. . . Yeah, you're right, he's definitely better than Trinidad. Oscar - maybe. . . Oscar fought everybody, and NEVER got "his ass handed to him" aside from pac; even against the much larger Hopkins he held his own until he got KO'd. . . . He beat Mosley twice IMO, beat Trinidad, Sweet Pea. . But ok, I'l say he's better than Oscar, its close enough. MAb beat him twice, though? Not to mention his exposure of NAZ. . . But once again, close enough. . . Lennox Lewis, though? I gotta stand firm in defense of Lewis being better than Morales. . .

As far as Marquez, I think he's definitely better than Morales as well. .. He's arguably beaten Pacquiao THRICE. MOREOVER, he's still got some good fights left in him. . . Morales is pretty much done now - while fought his ass off against Maidana, I thought it was a close, but pretty clear win for Maidana. . .

So for fairness sake, I'll say Morales is around 7-9th best boxer of this generation.
