if this is true, then u gotta ask yourself how much Floyd would make. 60 million? 70 million?? 80 million??? no way that's fair.

but this needs to be comfirmed first. if true totally unreasonable by Floyd, but again, we got to see if this is actually accurate or not.
Well what would be a flop?

I do think there is some risk if this true. For Floyd to offer that, it must mean that he thinks the event shatter records. But, if he doesn't I do wonder how much would be left the cable outlets, and pac get their money.

Now it can shatter records. Floyd can make what you saying. And, it might not be fair. But, it is somewhat of a gamble.

This reminds of Oscar-Tito. Oscar chose to get flat fee instead of a split. He received a high fee. But, the even broke records(at the time) and he would have gotten more if he would have went with the split.

But, it is somewhat of a risk. But, you right more than likely this event will break all kinds of records.

But I am back, and having read all the articles and wanting to comment on them so badly, I have this to say:

Jr is a coward fully knowing Pac will not fight him on the 5th for dirt money when he would make 200 mill !

Jr won't fight Pac cause he knows he can't win

      Jr is full of S###

Only a handful of *****s still pull for Jr

It is a pure waste of time to even talk about this until they sign contracts.
yeah you definitely should've stayed quiet

I don't think it is unreasonable at all. Floyd would not make 80 million as he would have to pay Pacquiao out of the PPV cut. So say the fight makes 80 million it would actually be split 50:50. It only disadvantages Pacquiao if the fight makes 100 million and even then the guarantee of 40 million outweighs the added 10 million he would make. The fight would have to generate 120 million for Pacquiao to seriously get shafted and even then I doubt as depending on how his contract is drafted there is the strong possibility that Bob Arum would not be able to take a cut from the money Pacquiao made.

There will be no monetary risk for Floyd for this fight. He doesn't spend MONEY for PROMOTIONS. He can promote free using TWITTER and interviews.

He knows this will break records, and knowing Floyd, he will not make a move if he is not so sure of it like he will not fight an opponent who has a chance to beat him.

To act this way is simply solidifying, he doesn't want to fight. He knows Arum won't approve of it.
What do you mean there's no risk, there's always an inherent risk when a fight is made especially now.
What happens if say the Euro Zone collapses right now after signing this fight?Do you think millions will still pay to watch 2 guys blasting each other when they have better things to worry about? That's just one risk there and a lot of other risks exist.
          On the other hand,
If DelaHoya's career high was 2.25 million buys with Mayweather and both Mayweather & Pacquiao have never made more than that on their own where will they get more people to top 2.25m.Remember most people who buy fights are repeat buys so that means the same people (majority) who watch Pacquiao also watch Mayweather. This idea that this fight will be over 3m buys is possible but unlikely anywhere.Sorry if this doesn't make sense but I'm getting rited of explaining this as if I make money from this.Normally I charge for my services so let the ignorant remain ignorant.

Ahh you beat me to with that example

50-50 and winner takes PPV revenue. Just make the fight happen, but if they don't wanna fight they need to stop playing around and let the fans know. they should just straight out say they don't wanna fight, instead of misleading the public..

Yeah, right and have Pac get into legal issues with Arum.
