pacquiao's workrate and footwork are so overrated, people will be in for a shock. systematically exposed and destroyed by floyd mayweather... too easy.

The Pac v. ODLH fight showed that Pac was def. capable of shooting that same punch, but w/ his left efficiently.

1) Shane landed more punches on Floyd (92) than on Pac (66).
2) Shane landed more power punches on Floyd (46) than on Pac (22).
3) Floyd landed 123 (46%)power punches on Shane, Pac landed 177 (50%).
4) Pac landed more punches on a running Shane (224) than Floyd (208) on a willing to exchange Shane.
Question: Based on these stats and considering that Pac had a height, weight and reach disadvantage against Shane, who's the more accomplished boxer, Floyd or Pac?

You the homie Larry but I gotta respectfully disagree with you here. I actually see this being a much more one sided affair than Vic-Floyd (before the KO). Two things Vic had going for him, Youth and Strength. Manny won't be able to dictate the pace, he won't be able to dictate the distance and Floyd's BIGGEST strength is the fact he can make you fight his fight. Oh you throw 60 punches a round? It will drop to 35-40 against Mayweather and once that happens you have already lost.

Compare this now to his connect rate for power punches. 50% at an average of 22/rd.! 22 per round, that's the total that Shane landed for the whole 12 rounds. And this was against a running Shane. A smaller guy whose reach is several inches shorter but connecting half of his power punches on a bigger guy who was on a running and defense mode. He did this not just to Shane but to most of his recent opponents who are as big or even bigger than Mosley. How does he do it?
If you can figure out this puzzle, then you'll get an inkling why Floyd would have no part of Pac.
