Obviously triangle theories are suspect. That said, when comparing past performances to get an idea of who would win its reasonable to look atcommon opponents.

The point is floyd cruising against JMM in many ways is more embarassing. Manny had to fight his best for 24 and in the eyes of many lost both fights. By the end of rd 2, we all knew the floyd JMM fight was over.

but u have to remember when pac fought jmm both times it was at a different weight compare to when floyd fought jmm. would the fight had been more competitive if floyd fought jmm at jmm's weight? and since u said floyd cruise through a vic vs jmm while pac had to fight his azz off. well like i said if u want to compare how floyd and pac did against jmm just look at oscar hatton and mosley, what did pac do to these 3 guys? made 1 quit, send the 2nd one to bed early and made the 3rd one tuck his tail and ran.

No, he didnt, he landed a straight left hand while steping on Mayweathers foot, wich clearly threw May off balance and his glove graced the canvas!!!

-Hatton was a bum, could dominate idiots and shot fighters with his aggression but as soon as he was in there with top opposition, he folded like a cheap suit...

-DLH was shot before the Mayweather fight, i believe he was done after that Hopkins fight...

Clottey is the only guy that showed Manny respect for his power, and Manny did not look impressive at all, he actually got hit allot and Clottey if you remember was throwing 2 punches per round, give or take 1

I know one thing, Money May is smarter in a ring then all those guys combined so i dont think Pac would find him that easy...

no denied that floyd have way better ring IQ than those guys u mention but pac aint no chump. u make it seem like floyd is like this speed of light that nobody can catches. need i remind u even mosley tagged floyd. if mosley can tag floyd like that im sure manny can do better. im not saying manny will land 200 punches in a round against floyd, all im saying is that manny will be able to find floyd and when he does we'll see how floyd react to manny's power.

I already said weight was a factor in 1st post. No matter what you feel about floyd he beats JMM EVERY time at ANY weight. His reach and speed are simply too much for a fighter with JMM's style to overcome.

Be real about floyd. The HAtton fight was a blowout (and his 1st KO loss which we all know affects ANY fighter), Mosley had 1 good minute in round 2, and the ODH fight wasn't nearly as close as the score. Other than ODh quitting its not much different. But then the weight was different. Lets flip it a bit.

Which is more likely, manny destotying ODH at 154 or floyd winning at 147?

Pacquiao has it coming.. Marquez is the most skilled AND WILLING fighter he's faced in a long while.. that's why Marquez always causes Manny problems. Perfect timing, speed, underrated power and counter combinations that only a few in the sport can throw.

I disagree, I think Manny will be able to eat JMM's shots this time around. Floyd can outgun and outsmart Victor, but he'll be determined to keep pressuring him all night long. Also, Manny has tremendous power, that already knocked JMM down 4 times before, while I doubt Floyd could drop Ortiz, unless he mentally breaks down.

I understand where your coming from, but Floyd at LW would do the same thing. If not worse.
