HOW THE HELL COULD MAYWEATHER KNOW THAT REQUESTING OSDT'S WOULD KILL THAT FIGHT?
WHY THE HELL WOULD PACQUIAO POSSIBLY REFUSE?
APPARENTLY, MANNY HAS ACCEPTED THE TESTING CONDITIONS NOW, SO WHAT THE *** MAKES YOU THINK THAT MAYWEATHER COULD POSSIBLY HAVE COME TO THE ABSURD CONCLUSION THAT REQUESTING OSDT'S WOULD KILL THAT FIGHT?
WHEN HAS REQUESTING OSDT'S EVER KILLED A FIGHT BEFORE?
NAME ONE OTHER ATHLETE IN THE HISTORY OF THE SPORT WHO HAS WALKED AWAY FROM A MEGA-FIGHT BY REFUSING TO TAKE A DRUG TEST WITHOUT A 24-DAY CUTOFF?
PACQUIAO IS THE ONLY FIGHTER EVER TO WALK AWAY FROM HIS CAREER BEST PAYDAY BY REFUSING TO TAKE A DRUG TEST.

Answer this question genius..... If Mayweather's OSDT request was just a bluff to duck Pacquiao, then why didnt Pac simply call Mayweathers "bluff", take a harmless little blood test, DESTROY the steroid accusations, and collect his career-best payday..... just like Mosley did, just like Ortiz did, and just like any other clean athlete would ?
Which one of Pacquiao's 8 ridiculous excuses did you believe ?

Okay. Punitive and/or compensatory damages can only be awarded at the conclusion of a civil trial. They have absolutely nothing to do with a plaintiffs burden of proof. I think that you are confusing the legal jargon with the real meaning of the word. You still have to prove that you were damaged by the alleged slander to prove your case. And the lawsuit would be a better excuse for Pacquiao than it would be for Mayweather because he would truly severely damage his already slim chances of proving defamation in this case by going into a very lucrative business deal with the person(s) that he is claiming to have done him financial harm through slander. His lawyer claims they're suing Mayweather for $10,000,000 dollars or more. If Mayweather did $10,000,000 worth of damage to Pacquiao's rep how is it that Pacquiao would be engaged in a business venture with Mayweather that will most assuredly net Pacquiao profits that far exceed that sum? I wish I could be on Mayweather's legal team because this case sounds like a lot of fun for defense. Pacquiao's case is quite flimsy and full of glaring contradictions that a para legal could even point out. Easily.

Your entire concerns are based around a completely harmless blood test, one that should be mandatory, and would not be a problem for any other clean athlete.
