WHY THE HELL WOULD PACQUIAO POSSIBLY REFUSE?
After his loss to Morales, Pac made a statement that he will never allow his self be subjected to blood testing near the fight again. PBF knows that, he wanted Pac to break his own words.

What does that even have to do with anything? Owned? I don't see it.

You're owning yourself every time you fail to put together a coherent sentence.

Yeah, probably because he couldn't come in using a ton of PED's.

Can't train in the Phillipines = If this comes out from Mayweather's camp...he's officially ducking Manny Pacquiao. Officially a pu$$y, *****, chicken.... and all those things we suspect he IS.

Lol *******s and Flamos at it again.

The Philippines worship Pacquiao, and he's now a congressmen,if Pacquiao turns up dirty, his countrymen wouldn't dare give him up. They would be the most hated person in their own country. lol!!!!

This fight isn't going to happen, too much to loose on both sides.

I think that you are confusing the legal jargon with the real meaning of the word. You still have to prove that you were damaged by the alleged slander to prove your case. And the lawsuit would be a better excuse for Pacquiao than it would be for Mayweather because he would truly severely damage his already slim chances of proving defamation in this case by going into a very lucrative business deal with the person(s) that he is claiming to have done him financial harm through slander. His lawyer claims they're suing Mayweather for $10,000,000 dollars or more. If Mayweather did $10,000,000 worth of damage to Pacquiao's rep how is it that Pacquiao would be engaged in a business venture with Mayweather that will most assuredly net Pacquiao profits that far exceed that sum? I wish I could be on Mayweather's legal team because this case sounds like a lot of fun for defense. Pacquiao's case is quite flimsy and full of glaring contradictions that a para legal could even point out. Easily.
No, no you don't. That's only for compensatory damages. Punitive damages are more of a deterrent against the behavior deemed as libel or slander. It's determined by many factors including the wealth of the defendant, but it has nothing to do with damages incurred, which is purely compensatory. In Nevada, there is no cap for punitive damages in libel/slander cases, therefore the $10+ million that Pac's legal team is seeking is feasible considering the wealth of the defendant.

Who gives a **** ass what crackie thinks? Floyd said pac is next, im gonna take the mans word for it. Manny has said he ll take floyds blood tests ten different times, dude can't make it any clearer. As far as im concerned that's that. If floyd throws out any more road blocks his legacy will be left with a GIANT grade of incomplete. If pac backs out of taking the blood test a cloud of su****ion will taint his legacy forever. Either way even though I think its clearly been floyd doing the ducking up to this point, if either man backs out now it will be 100% clear, without a shadow of doubt who is to blame. They have both painted themselves into a corner, I doubt either one will back track now.

As for sr., well, the guy is a crack head. What more needs to be said...

You misunderstand. What I'm essentially saying is that Pacquiao has to win the lawsuit before he can even think about being awarded any sort of damages.

And to be clear. You have to prove that you were damaged by this alleged slander to prove defamation of character. And thanks for the advice. lol.

And to be even more clear. For Pacquiao to be still pulling multi million dollar purses period let alone with the guy he is claiming to have defamed him is definitive proof that his reputation has not been damaged. Let alone he has the impossible task of proving that Mayweather has known for a fact that Pacquiao was not on PEDs even while implying that he might be. How is he going to prove that? And I honestly don't think its possible to damage Pacquiao's reputation because his fans would still love him even if he got caught injecting steroids on camera.
