man, excuses are for sissies. it would be best for floyd just to admit he wants none of pac so we can all move on and stop recycling this garbage. it seems to me that whenever team pac calls floyd's bluff his fans are always the ones who ***** about something. why don't you guys admit that you don't want this fight to happen? why put so many words in something that requires basic common sense? if you want to see your idol school the amateurish pacman, all floyd has to do is fight, just ******** fight.

The lawsuit could potentially become a roadblock to the fight being made if it doesn't get resolved soon. Because for one, opposing litigants are usually mutually opposed to doing business with one another. And in a defamation suit one party is attempting to prove that he was DAMAGED by the alleged slander committed by the other party. Now, how is Pacquiao going to convince a judge that he was DAMAGED by the same party that he is at the same time engaged in a $100,000,000 dollar business deal with? It seems to defy logic. So the real question is how does Pacquiao expect to win the lawsuit and take the fight. I don't think that he can have it both ways. And it's curious that he and his attorneys are only interested in deposing Floyd but have turned a blind to the other two litigants in this case which are Roger Mayweather and his father Floyd Sr. And Pacquiao's attorney has been interestingly vocal in the media about this case. It's almost like they're trying to use the lawsuit as some weird form of PR. I'm not sure if it's achieving the desired purpose though.

So thats the reason why Floyd is delaying the process.

Maybe it is. But I don't think that he should be willingly cooperating with a lawsuit. No one ever does. Why is Pacquiao suing if he still plans on doing business with Floyd Mayweather Jr. is what I'd like to know. And making public statements claiming that he plans on doing just that can only hurt his lawsuit effort. That's probably why his attorney is desperately trying to get the judge presiding over the case to render a default verdict in Pacquiao's favor. He knows that once the trial starts that it's going to be comedy central when they start trying to explain how the most beloved boxer on the planet and in the media has had his reputation damaged. The same guy that has been elected to the PHILLIPINE congress and made multiple millions of dollars in the sport of boxing since this alleged defamation took place is going to stand in front of a judge and say that his reputation has been damaged? That would take a lot of nerve and I'll believe it when I see it.

This is more of the same bull**** from Bob Arum. First, they refused to take the tests at all when Mayweather was offering a 14-day cutoff. Second, when Mayweather said the fight will not happen unless there is no cutoff for tests, Arum came up with the phony negotiation and countdown clock, and then only agreed to take the tests with a 14-day cutoff, which was no longer on the table. Third, Arum claimd that he did not feel that the USADA was impartial and wanted the tests conducted by WADA, which uses the USADA to conduct tests in the U.S. Fourth, Arum claimed that there were no more issues in the negotiation (sound familiar?) because Pac would take the tests in the Phillipines where they would be conducted by a Filipino lab, which Arum knew would not be acceptable to the Mayweather team. Then, he comes up with the most ridiculous statement of them all to justify not making the fight -- Mayweather Sr. said Pac would have to do all his training in the U.S. Arum has never paid attention to a word that Mayweather Sr. said, but now, all of a sudden, Sr. is stopping the fight from happening.

Bull****! If Pac gets through Marquez, and that is a big if, Arum will come up with another excuse not to make the fight and the idiots on this site will believe it and defend it.

From what can be gathered based on what most Floyd fanatics are saying and repeating endlessly, these are the conditions that they are now spouting:

              Before: TEST OR NO FIGHT!
              Then: USADA OR NO FIGHT!
Plus: TRAIN IN THE U.S. ONLY OR NO FIGHT!
And Sr. adds: FLOYD'S CAMP CAMP CAN CHECK PAC'S TRAINING ANYTIME!
Now some are saying: NO MORE 50/50 OR NO FIGHT!
Others are adding: DROP THE LAWSUIT OR NO FIGHT!

              Anything else we missed?

you're the idiot along with a number of idiots littering this site with the same garbage. you don't need the ****** test on an amateurish boxer who fought nothing but bums and has no history linking him to peds. you're supporting and defending it because you can't get your hands off of the pu55y's balls. fight would have happened with the curent commission rules. normally, you only defend this bs if the pacman has history of ped use.

why you keep defending the pu55y is beyond any normal person's comprehension. "i'll take a looong vacation", "i'll spend time with my family", "i'm not even thinking about boxing". you mean to tell me he was lying when he said all these things?

How can anyone other than Mayweather's team "spout" his conditions?

Look up the difference between punitive and compensatory damages, the only thing Pacquiao has to prove is that slanderous comments were made by the Mayweathers. The trial has as much to do with Pacquiao-Mayweather as it does with Mayweather-Ortiz, it's not an impediment for a fight happening unless someone is looking for (another) convenient excuse to go on 'vacation'.
