I keep hearing a lot of Pac fans saying Pacquiao's speed will give Bradley too much problems, but i beg to differ. JMM is nowhere near as fast as Manny is, but he was able to neutralized Manny's speed with his timing[feinting and jabbing]. He had the upper hand in most of the exchanges between rounds. Bradley is going to have to find a way to get off first or disrupt Manny's offense rhythm halfway with short counter punches.

This leads me to feel that's the reason why you always hear he is "great at almost everything but not really excellent in any one thing." He does get sloppy but it's because he is too emotional at times. He always calms down and mentally beats his opponent as well as physically. An example would be laughing during exchanges (assuming his defense is sufficient), or shaking his head and smiling when walking to the corner, or not sitting on the stool in between rounds.
I take nothing away from Pac at all. Here's how I see it: Pac is growing tired of the sport, he has far too many obligations (his daily schedule must be insane), and he about to try and leave Arum anyways. Old Bob isn't dumb and Konze tells him everything that goes on, so you know he isn't just going to set around and wait to get shafted, he makes plans, plots and schemes.
He knows that Bradley has a style not like any of the last bunch of guys that Pac has fought, plus he is undefeated, younger and a legit champion beating top-tier world competition. Now does that sound like the "right" guy to put in the ring with your top money-making superstar who is almost 35 years old and has been viewed as "on a slight decline" in his last few fights?
Arum has Bradley under his belt and will win either way but at least with Bradley he can make money off of him for a good couple of years, while Pac is ready to head out the door. Bradley has a gritty personality and a good story, he talks smack but in a good kind of way....he is the most like Mayweather after Mayweather retires..very confident, dedicated, and motivated, African American, slick style, smack talker.
If Bradley really starts to break Pac down over the long haul and it goes to the cards, I could see Arum signaling the judges to give Tim the nod. If it's a toss up, uber close fight, I can see them giving it to Pac.Last edited by mathed; 05-30-2012, 09:44 PM.

People can chill with the bradley vs mayweather talk. He pulls off the upset and theres no way bob puts him in there with floyd right away.

If Bradley let's it be that close(JMM)he will lose(but win at the same time, just for hanging with Pacmonster)he has to clearly win..He does that, you looking at the future..I'm not worrying about the judges at the moment...
