This is going to end up like James Toney and always calling out the UFC.
Someones going to get far less than they deserve (the fans), and someones going to get a whole lot more than they bargained for (Marquez).
the result is a foregone conclusion....it's obvious!

he despeartely wants his last fyt against pac.....
win or lose....his future is secured.
but not in a tune-up with less $$$.

although khan/bradley is more winnable for marquez than pac at 147.
pac destroyed much bigger fyters than jmm.
jmm will be decimated....

well....for his retirement pay......what else.

who else is left with golden boy? oh wait.. its donaire..
Berto will be one of the very last options for Pac maybe for late 2012, 2013, unless he becomes a mega star quick smart. Won't do that by fighting the **** fights he's been taking, that's for sure. He doesn't deserve the fight anyway. He could have signed for Top Rank last year, and Arum said he'd put him in tough fights to make him a star leading to a pac fight, but he chose to keep doing what he's doing fighting Hernandez's and Ortiz's. No one to blame but himself

I think if a third fight gets made, it will be just like the first two, a very inconclusive close fight. Pacquiao is obviously afraid to fight Marquez the third time because he knows Dinamita has his number. Why do people think Pac wants to fight at WW while he can still make JWW? An advantage of course. I doubt a third fight ever gets made.

FWIW....why wouldn't it be in Sept though? Mexican independence day, plus Koncz stated if the Mosley fight isn't difficult they would like to return in Sept.
Marquez could have a quick tuneup in the summer.
You might be right on Nov. but IMO depending on the Mosley fight, it makes sense to have it in Sept.

Also if Berto loses out on this fight he has no one to blame but himself.
He is just paying for his bad career choices, taking the easy way out and flat out not building his name up.
While I like the matchup, and Ortiz is talented, Victor has looked like **** so I doubt Berto gets much credit unless he blows him out the water.

Marquez is a bum who doesn't deserve a third match with Pacquiao. He literally lost both previous fights against him but because a ****** judge doesn't know how to score a fight Pacquiao gets a draw on his record. And we know that when Marquez fought Mayweather 95% of those buys were for Mayweather not piss breath.
And then Marquez already priced himself out before Pacquiao signed to fight Mosley. If he does that again than Pac should say "**** you, go fight on telemundo while I sell another million PPV's."Last edited by Check_hooks; 03-20-2011, 09:55 AM.

So according to them, Marquez should win like he did the last two times *sarcasm*
