Boxing better get it's **** together. All these so called great fighters fighting bums and old men. All these promoters refusing to work with each other. Meanwhile the UFC is putting on Mega fights every month. It's only a matter of time before boxing is dead for good. None of these fighters fight for the fans. None of these promoters put on fights the fans wanna see. Boxing is very frustrating cause there are so many great fights out there that can keep boxing relevant but they just wont make them.

lol no chance Pac fights Marquez in September then Berto in December. It will be July then November. JMM will probaby be his opponent in November, he garauntees the most money. Cotto rematch most likely after that for 2012, should he get past Margarito.
A Berto fight is a long way off. Berto's status has gone way down since he pulled out of the Mosley fight. He fought a bum, and now Ortiz and is slipping further and further away from Pac. TBH he's no more deserving of a Pac fight than Zaveck. He seriously needs to up his comp and quickly if he ever wants Pac. 2 wasted fights are enough.

Its not like Manny Pacquiao will have any difficulty making that weight, or will he be looking any or all advantages to "beat" Marquez.
For all Pacquiao fans out there, you can't make the argument for a 147 limit, as I distinctly remember, the arguments made against Cotto, (the one about him coming at 146 against Joshua Clottey)
