The testing is just an excuse, anyone with half a brain and is honest knows it. After manny destroyed Cotto, nobody in the world at 147 could have beaten Manny, he was at the top of his game, his form was great, his physical attributes were at the top, his mental state was that of an unbeatable warrior.

Floyd is just delaying the fight, he wanted no part of Manny until a later date, fighting manny in may 2011 or possibly start of 2012 will be a weaker Manny than the one who just beat Cotto. Simple as that, manny is the only one who is calling Floyd out to step up to the plate and just fight, yet Floyd is running off to vacation or making some lame ass excuses to delay it.

the fight didn't happen cause of the testing. it was cause floyd wanted to "spend time with his family" (beat them). he said it himself for ****s sake. even GBP says the fight happening depends on FLoyd if he wants it or not. so far, he shows he doesn't want it.
