            Pac apparently has some ****** fear of blood tests weakening him, or he is a cheat, and wouldnt be as good with the drugs.
            Plus maybe he doesnt want to give in to Floyds demands after being called a cheat.
            Floyd gave-in to all on Pac's demands....but Pac can't give in to Floyd's single demand.

            Sounds like a childish mind at work.
