If most people believe this, then yes, Pacquiao will be ducking Bradley if he selects Margo or Cotto.
However, most comments I read here at BS state that Pacquiao (and Mayweather for that matter) is too soon for Bradley at this stage in his career. And using the definition of ducking that we agreed to above, it would appear more likely that Bradley is ducking Alexander by fighting Abregu.
