Calling a fighter a 'coward' is the biggest fucking insult and Clottey certainly is no Coward.
I never called him a coward.....

I would call Clottey a "sell-out"..... in fact I would actually call him a "sell-out, who's career is turning into a joke".

He is still one of the best sparring partners in pro boxing though.

    That is weak.
Nope, I lost all respect for Clottey when he sold out and turned that fight into an exhibition match so that Manny would look good.

Pacquiao was just too good, Clottey couldn't handle him. end of
    Bull**** !!

    As I said earlier.....

He hit Manny at will, and when he did he backed Manny up..... he just CHOSE not to..... for some reason.

Manny looked like **** at the end of that fight.

They probably feel disgraced, because even they can see that Clottey sold out.

If he did open up.. he'd get KD just like the rest of them..
Rubbish..... go watch that fight again, and post back the round/time when that happened.

That is just simply an absolutely unbelievable comment.

Here, Clottey is admitting something that he knows we all saw.

He just aint admitting WHY he didn't want to win.

        Josh.....
1.) you hit Manny at will
2.) everytime you hit Manny, he backed up and stopped punching you in the face

Why didn't you want to win ?

.. did you even read the interview? Did you even watch the fight, he says it in-between rounds. Clottey basically summed up Pacquiao the same way Cotto, Hatton, Diaz, DLH did. Manny hits you with **** you don't see.. with speed/angles/and power.

Clottey is just no match for pac. But i think he can beat anyone with low workrate like Mayweather and Mosley.

Don't bother.. this dude is trying to refute statements made by CLOTTEY himself (the man who actually fought Pacquiao in the ring)

Every time he tried to throw at Manny, 3-6-9 punch combos came back at him. HBO commentators were saying this as well. Did you watch the fight?

I didn't see it that way at all switch.

The point is, when Clottey threw punches..... Manny either covered-up, or he backed-up. I do not remember seeing Manny counter-punch Clottey in that fight.

Only maybe on the odd occasion when they both fired at the same time..... but he did not use counter-punching as a main tactical approach going into that fight.

Most boxers will fire a return from time-to-time, but since when is Manny a counter-puncher?

Clottey seemingly IGNORED the few core fighting instincts that he possesses..... and I'd like to know why?

                    Bingo.

Mosley can't outmuscle Clottey and Mayweather would be potshotting elbows and gloves all night long.

Not really. There are gaps in that type of defense. If all Clottey did was shell up against Mayweather, he would get picked apart. Mayweather doesn't just throw punches, he is all about the placement of the punches.
