So Pac won't budge more than to a 14 day cut-off for random testing. They might as well not test at all then.

A 14-day cut-off is easily bypassed and as such is only a gimmick. we wont be guaranteed a clean fight.

This is precisely why boxing needs a commission. The inmates have begun to run the asylum. What eventually happened in the NBA when Garnett became contracted as the first 100 million dollar player? Or the NFL imposed salary restrictions?

The participants cannot be allowed into thinking that they have become bigger than the sport itself. Boxing is a tough sport and it should be self-serving but up to a point, and not at the cost of upholding the honorable tradition of the sport itself, then it eventually becomes this....60,000 page threads with posters acting like pseudo-accountants, promoters and managers, when most of them are lucky if they can barely sc**** up the 50 dollars to plunk down on a PPV, in the words of *****...this **** has become silly season.

Is Pacquiao going to roid up the last 14 days, during the cool-down period? In order for PEDs to be effective, you need to cut back atleast 2 weeks prior to fight night to receive the benefits.

Why do you use the term "gayweather"? Saying things like that is offensive to gay people.

          I'm reporting you.

            Got that right..

This type of illogical thinking reminds of Latrell Sprewell back in the day. I used to be a fan of his until these ****** comments. Everyone had a field day with Latrell (who eventually became bankrupt).

Latrell Sprewell says he'll ask to be traded if the Minnesota Timberwolves don't sign him to a contract extension by Wednesday night's opener. ''I think this thing is heading towards me leaving, personally,'' Sprewell told reporters after a practice this week. Earlier this preseason, Sprewell said he wanted a contract extension by the Wolves' opener, against the New York Knicks, or he would ask for a sign-and-trade deal or wait to become a free agent. Either way, Sprewell said he didn't want to negotiate during the season. But he took a tougher stance Sunday. Asked if he would play out the season and test the free-agent market, Sprewell said: ''Why would I want to help them win a title? They're not doing anything for me. I'm at risk. I have a lot of risk here. I got my family to feed.'' Sprewell is due to make $14.6 million this year. Sprewell, 34, described the team's latest offer, reported to be worth between $27 million and $30 million over three years, as ''insulting.''

You are assuming things. I see this fight as 50/50 with floyd being the favorite. Floyd is one of the most skilled fighters I have ever seen. Floyds defense/timing/reflexes/quickness/accuracy is jaw dropping. I want to see his skills tested with another man who has been dominating his competition (making them look like bums) as of late. I just want to see this fight and people arguing for the 60/40 would be going against that.
I agree as well I just don't think Pac (who IMO will be the underdog going into the fight) will be the man to "test" Mayweather's skills. I think it will have to be someone bigger like Martinez or PWILL.

I actually think Pac will be tailor made for Mayweather. Pac's easily hit due to his defense or lack there of. As I've said before, the only thing making this interesting is the fact that Pac is southpaw. (Watch 1st 4 rounds of Mayweather Judah fight). Only problem is just how every fight goes, as soon as Floyd adjusts its a blow out and a mismatch that leads the other guy to being called old, washed up and cherry picked.

Pac's great but won handle Mayweather's technical skills that are on a completely different level than that of the aggressive come forward style in Pac. But that's just my opinion.

Please..you tell me where Floyd makes that much $$ in "ONE" fight...50/50 so what, just fight. Seems like all you guys do is defend everything this guy does regardless. If he wanted 70/30 you would still come up with some foolish reason as to why this was OK...**** in most of your opinions, manny should fight him for free and just be lucky to be in the same breathing space as your hero..

cum'on people..none of you get a slice of the pie so why do you care.

                  You guys are ****ing idiots.

You gives a **** about awards. Nobody is going to pay you more for awards because promoters don't care about that ****.

What's so hard to ****ing understand? Floyd sells more than Manny, sells more with common opponents, and his live gates are more than Manny.

Pac needs to stop acting like a ****ing diva. Same **** in the negotiations with Hatton and DLH.

I respect your opinion and wouldn't be surprised if that did happen, though I don't think that's likely. That's why the fans want to see the fight man. If it's going to be so easy for floyd, why is he making negotiations difficult. Just make an easy payday.. 50/50 will be his biggest payday. Why reject the fight.. let's hope the fight gets made.
