Come on mannnnnnn how can anyone condone this **** that Manny says? This ****ing prick ONLY got a 50-50 the last time they negotiated because he said his fight with Cotto did more PPVs than Floyd's fight with Marquez. The fact is he doesn't deserve 50-50. Floyd's done 5.9million buys in his last 4 fights....Manny on the other hand hasn't is shy of 5.4million in 12 ****ing PPV fights, his last 4 did 4 mill...thats 2million LESS. Floyd holds the record for the biggest live gate at 19mil for 17K ppl. Manny did less than 15mil when he sold 50K tickets, Floyd vs Shane did 11mil for 15K ppl, Manny vs Cotto did 8mil for 17K ppl. Floyd holds the highest and second highest grossing non HW PPV fights in history....Manny doesn't. Floyd has 3 fights in the top 10 biggest live gates....Manny doesn't. When Manny vs Marquez was competitive it did 400K in PPVs, when Floyd vs Marquez was considered a joke it did 1.1million. Manny ducked Shane admittedly for being a tougher fight n Cotto being the bigger draw than Shane, Floyd by their own admission not only beat a tougher challenge but also did bigger numbers against a the guy who's less of a draw.

Boxing is a ****ing business, Floyd doesn't work for ****ing world vision and the multi million dollar congressman of the Philipines isn't a charity case. You get what you deserve. Yeah its a big fight, the purse split alone is 50mil. The diff b/w 50-50 n 60-40 is 5million alone and with PPV and Gate revenue taken into account we're talking about Floyd DONATING upwards of 15-20million dollars of HIS money to Pacquiao? Are you ***ing kidding me?

He turned down the fight when he had 50% last time. Remember?

I think Manny forgot it's "Not his job to negotiate". I thought he lets Arum do that for him, I keep hearing him throwing up roadblocks, 40% of a Mayweather fight is more than he's making getting 70% of a Cotto purse. I say F-'em. Mayweather doesn't need him, he'll make at least 15 mill fighting anyone, maybe 30 to 40 fighting a name at 154lbs or 160lbs

Here is a question if Floyd fought Clottey, without the aid of HBO 24/7 (marketing) against an opponent with no marketability, what would those PPV numbers eventually look like? Who would fill up a stadium to watch him fight?

Vegas is quite a different animal in terms of hosting a sporting event, any major event taking place in a city, that is that is also an attraction unto itself, will all but guarantee a certain level of success. Take Floyd out of Vegas(we all know he won't leave for a reason) and put him in with someone who isn't a household name and this numbers game becomes a moot point.

You didn't buy anything? Why was 14 days good enough back then but not anymore? Why once manny agreed to the blood testing 14 days (floyds terms), floyd looked for another issue (60/40) split, knowing manny wouldn't accept those terms.

Pac is willing to accept it this time to COMPROMISE and give the FANS what WE want. How hard is that to comprehend? Any boxing fan wouldn't care about this ****. Fact is Manny accepted terms that were set by Floyd himself.

The point is Mayweather called it and now Pac is trying to back track.
Pac ran away? LOL! Why would he change his mind? What has changed? And Manny/Roach already stated that they would fight the Floyd/Shane winner. Manny announced that in the post fight interview with clottey.

Pac backtracking? Floyd is the one backtracking taking back all the terms he set forth. Pacquiao is COMPROMISING to get this fight to happen for the FANS, yet Floyd is saying.. 'no more deal' 'i'm going to take 2 years off' .. LOL!

Manny fights Bradley, destroys him and you'll have people saying manny ducked floyd and that bradley was overrated or too green still. Manny already stated he'd fight the winner of shane/floyd at his post fight interview after the clottey fight.

How is manny cherry picking? Manny is compromising and trying to get this fight made. Floyd is making it more difficult. Not that hard to see.

well you don't have to take Floyd outa Vegas numbnuts cuz the fight IS in VEGAS. **** the Clottey fight fool look at the 3 common guys they fought, Floyd did better numbers in all 3 fights. Everyone knew Cotto was a bigger draw than Shane n everyone thought Manny vs Cotto would be more competitive n possibly a great fight yet Floyd's fight with Shane became the 2nd biggest grossing PPV fight just after his fight with Oscar n went into the top 10 biggest live gates while Manny's fight with Cotto did none of those things.

You don't think a fighter has a say about the money he makes? LOL!

50% (even 30-40%) of a fight with pacquiao will get floyd more money than any other fight in boxing right now.

You sound like a poor man's Mr. T, which I thought was impossible to emulate, but you had me at fool. I was merely proposing a hypothetical which obviously went over your head. And my contention is that had Pac faced Mosley, the numbers would have been comparable.
