REFUSED OST RANDOM TESTING ,,, thats a kick in the face for all sport , there is no way Mayweather could have known Manny was going to refuse , in refusing Manny looks like he is hiding something and strengthens the call for him to be tested properly .

This whole Olympic style bull**** **** came out of now where.... Sr. makes a claim that Pac must be on something, and that everything he's doing is not possible...he must be on some type of Ped's. Then low and behold negotiations get underway and what's one of the stipulations on the contract...drug testing...so where does a sophisticated test like this come from out of no where? A test that has never been done before in the history of boxing...where does this come from? Why is it proposed? On what basis is this being proposed for? I think the fact that Mayweather's openly tried to ruin this guys image and accomplishments, and create doubt in the publics mind that a fighter like Pac could be dirty --

Why do some people keep saying that these tests haven't been done before in boxing when top fighters have done OST before Mayweather ever did?
