@ HitKing, the reason that Manny was fighter of the decade is this! First off, he never ducked anyone. Everytime out he put 100% effort and only lost once in the decade to Erik Morales, whom he then KO'd both times in their second and third fight. He knocked down Morales 4 times in their fights, knocked down JMM 4 times as well, knocked down Barrerra 3 times, knocked down Ricky Hatton 3 times, knocked down Cotto twice, etc. He fought the greats and knocked them all out...

Now, you say Mayweather never had a controversial win. Sorry about that, but Jose Luis Castillo could have easily got the decision in their first fight. So, you are wrong on that point. Also, Mayweather pecked and barely beat ODLH, Manny destroyed him when EVERYONE thought ODLH would be TOO BIG. Mayweather did catch Hatton and knock him out but Manny obliterated him. Going from 2000 thru 2009, fights against Genaro Hernandez (who was never that great anyway), Corrales, Castillo, Victoriano Sosa, Philip N'Dou, Demarcus Corley, Henry Bruseles, Arturo Gatti, Sharmba Mitchell, Zab Judah and Carlos Baldomir do not compare to fighting hall of famers Morales three times, Barrerra twice and JMM twice. Other than Corrales and Castillo, not one of those fighters is a hall of famer (Gatti is borderline but not for accomplishments but more for excitement value). They each fought ODLH and Hatton and Pacquiao looked better at battering them than Mayweather did beating them. Manny gives you more **** for his buck and that was most likely the deciding factor of who the fighter of the decade was. From 2000-2009, Manny was 28-1 with 21 KOs, Floyd was 18-0, 8 KOs...

Hmm think about it for a second, Floyd wanted a 14day prior to earlier negotiations... Now the negotiations are back in place and you fools are now saying the 14day cutoff is off the table...

I thought the whole objective was to see if Pac was on PED's, the man is willing to take the test but it is still not good enough.. How cowardly does it look on Floyd if he really said the 14day cutoff is out the window..

Their should be no excuses now.. Pac said give me the damn test at the original cut off date that Floyd last wanted.. If Floyd doesnt then their you have it.. Floyd dont want the fight..

Seriously though. Floyd asks for 14-day cutoff, egos clash, Pac declines and he gets called for being a cheat. This time around, he accepts and it is still not good enough? To those that keep asking "Well why didn't he take the 14-day offer the 1st time?". I mean, HOW ELSE IS THE FIGHT GOING TO BE GOING TO BE MADE? Somethings gotta give and Pac gave in. That's how negotiations tend to work by you know..compromising. And those that want to rebuttal "Nah it's too late". No eff that, it's not too late, THIS FIGHT HAS TO HAPPEN!

im being serious with this question here; are you ****** or blinded? Please read the following carefully and try to understand. It does not matter if floyd and mosely didnt get tested a full month before the fight. They key of the test is the element of randomness. As long as floyd and mosley knew that they could get tested up to the fight is what kept them from not doing anything. It would be a whole different story if there was a cutoff and they knew that for 14 day they could not be tested..that would compormise the grounds of the entire test therefore making it useless. the fact that those tests played out that way does not mean it will play out that way with pac and that is why he is asking for the 14 day cutoff. Btw the 14 day cutoff was implemented by floyd to try to save the fight in their last negotiations. that is now off the table cause pac turned it down. who do you blame for that pac or floyd? also these test did not come out of nowhere like u say..they were in the contract from day one..pac just used that as an excuse to get out of the fight..please take pac d*ck out your mouth.

You do realize that Mayweather attempted to fight Cotto when they were at 140 and team Cotto declined, citing "Cotto's too green for Mayweather at this point." And Mayweather was calling out Mosley ten years ago. I think Mosley was a lot better as a lightweight than he's been since he left that division. Hell, HBO wanted Mayweather-Mosley instead of Mayweather-Baldomir and Mosley said his tooth hurt in the Vargas rematch postfight interview. Why is Mayweather obigated to fight everyone when its convenient for them?

Did it ever dawn on you that maybe he "looked like a beaten man" because he was getting his ass kicked? I mean come on bro. You have to give credit where credit is due. Mayweather-Pacquaio fell apart. Mayweather took what most said was the next best available guy and totally dismantled him. hell, Cotto looked like a defeated man after the 4th round against Pac after he'd gotten the hell knocked outta him and ran the rest of the fight. Why was a "pressure" fighter running? People tend to act outta character when they're gettign their ass kicked. Nothing different happen to Mosley than what happen to Cotto. The only difference was, people credit Pac with making the bigger Cotto retreat and don't credit Mayweather with making the supposedly bigger and stronger Mosley quit. It goes both ways.

Mosley didnt quit.. but he surely wasnt 100% going into that fight and was rarely tagged to during the 2nd to make it seem like FLOYD was whooping his ass. SHANE put his whole training camp into that 1 round.. THATS IT...

If I didn't know better, I would say that Pacquaio doesn't want the fight! Or maybe he figures that cheating for 14 days is better than nothing for the extra $30 million he will receive over his last fight.

You are wrong, Pac. Floy does have a reason not to fight you. You haven't agreed to random tests up until the day of the fight like he is demanding. If you are not going to agree to his one demand, go and fight Margarito for $10 million in Mexico and shut the **** up.
