No one in his right mind could ever say Manny Pacquiao is a JOKE! Forget what he has done in the ring. This guy never has a bad word to say about anyone, doesn't beat women, doesn't get in drunken bar brawls, shoot at and start fights with rappers, and shows respect for everyone is not a joke. That is something you cannot say about the Mayweather bloodline, whom has lack of respect, they all beat women, at least one former drug dealer, etc. Come on, Manny is NOT the joke here...

Call it what ever you want to call it: fear, scared, dodging, ducking hiding, whatever...for a guy like Mayweather to openly come out, and state that a fight with Manny Pacquiao is an easy fight, easy work, and then turn around an demand a drug test out of no where against a guy with no proven past of being caught using Ped's...What is that? That's a fighter that doesn't believe in what he is selling 100%. To be honest either way if Pac agrees; it's been made known that the cut-off with Mayweather-Mosely was 18 days. So if that be the truth...it works out even better for Pac...who is going on record of agreeing to 14 days. So for Jr's ass...it's time to put up...or shut up...Plain and simple! Everything was agreed upon; all but the drug testing issue, and Manny has now said he would meet that stipulation. Which in this case now, should be no more obstacles standing in the way of this fight happening; unless Myaweather shoot's down the proposal that he himself implemented in the first place. Which in my eye's if he does shoot it down; would give me the assupmtion that he wants no part of Manny Pacquiao. He himself stated after the Mosely fight "PAc agrees to the test we got a fight (Pac has), and if he doesn't we don't have a fight". Now lets see if he stays true to what he's selling...or is selling more bull****!?

im being serious with this question here; are you ****** or blinded? Please read the following carefully and try to understand. It does not matter if floyd and mosely didnt get tested a full month before the fight. They key of the test is the element of randomness. As long as floyd and mosley knew that they could get tested up to the fight is what kept them from not doing anything. It would be a whole different story if there was a cutoff and they knew that for 14 day they could not be tested..that would compormise the grounds of the entire test therefore making it useless. the fact that those tests played out that way does not mean it will play out that way with pac and that is why he is asking for the 14 day cutoff. Btw the 14 day cutoff was implemented by floyd to try to save the fight in their last negotiations. that is now off the table cause pac turned it down. who do you blame for that pac or floyd? also these test did not come out of nowhere like u say..they were in the contract from day one..pac just used that as an excuse to get out of the fight..please take pac d*ck out your mouth.

If you go by the train of thought, and Pacquaio has never been caught or suspected of using Ped's...then why the Olympic-style drug testing? Problem is Pac has never been caught or proven guilty of being dirty or on Ped's...that's a fact... Mayweather on the other hand wasn't a man of his word when he said he would make 144 -- instead he came 2 pounds over the agreed upon weight -- being a proven fact -- what's to say he wouldn't come in over the weight against Pac?

Cotto was a live dog comapared to Mosley who fans would agree GASSED OUT. To top that off, Cotto beat Shane so Pacs win over Cotto, I take that back Pacs TKO over a LIVE DOG IN COTTO, Is more impressive then Floyds win over Shane who had nothing left after the 2nd rd.

Why didn't Mosley's lack of stamina ever come up before the fight? It was only a problem after he got his ass kicked. Cotto beat Mosley by a razor-thin decision that many people thought Mosley won. Cotto proceeded to get KO'd by Maragrito, who was destroyed by Mosley. So i think that most experts felt Mosley was a little better when he fought Money than when Cotto fought Pac and its reflected on the various P4P lists. Mosley rated ahead of Cotto on virtually every P4P list than Cotto after his win over Margarito and stayed that way even until this day.

You show your newness to the sport here my friend. Before the first Barerra fight, The Ring ****zine ran an article about Pac had superstar potential, but was destined to self-destruct. Pac had a huge ******** problem which would lead to him blowing entire purses playing pool in his home country. Pac was often involved in barfights in country. And many thought he would never fulfil his potential because of this. He's made a great turnaround. But Manny Pacquaio has by no means been an angel throught his life or career.

Lets not forget that P4P list is only a speculation... A fabricated list.. But anyone who watches the sport will tell you Cotto in the ring with Pac was busier, more energized then the Shane who was in the ring with Mosley.. My sister who has no clue about boxing watched the Shane vs. Floyd fight and said Shane isnt doing sh#$, he looks tired as hell, while Emmanuel Steward was calling it from Ringside, "SHANE LOOKS LIKE A BEATEN MAN" he called it from the mid rounds..

hey numbnuts it's most likely that offer is long gone when Floyd said after the Mosley fight full testing or no fight and Floyd wants full testing with no cutoff date.
