Campbell is an hot n' cold fighter, if he comes on his A game Victor would have a tough night but if he fights like he did Bradley he's getting KTFO early. In both cases I have Ortiz winning.

Campbell is no Maidana in terms of what problems he presents.

He is an old blown up LW against a JWW who is in actuality bigger than Berto and is better than Campbell in all areas.

Either Nate gets into his head early and can exploit something intangible or he is going to sleep.

He also has very little time to do this because here is a stat; while Ortiz has a few UD's none of his fights that he got UD's in where scheduled for more than 8 rounds, the kid has bone crushing power.

Never questioned DLH retiring in his corner against Pac. But there is a factor of toughness in boxing and so far, we have seen that when Ortiz is in trouble, he does not react well.

He very well may go on to have a great career and I'm not rooting against him or even rooting for Campbell. I want Ortiz to do well. I just question whether or not, mentally, he can see himself bloodied and be able to fight through it. Valid question.

As for the MMA comment. You started it with your boxing fans comment. I don't know you, you don't know me, but you're the one that made an assumption that I don't know what I'm talking about. Stick to the points of discussion and we'll be fine.

My Boxing fan comment isn't a shot against boxing it's a shot at sports fans in general MMA fans included. I hate sports fans with a passion because they are so unreasonable with the expectations they have for athletes so no don't take like I'm here just ****ting on boxing, im just ****ting on it's fans.

As for victor I think any lesser fighter would have just stayed down if he took the punishment Victor took against Maidana so the mere fact that he still got up showed how tough he is. Not everyone can be Arturo Gatti and there is a reason why that made Gatti special. Becasue Gatti was the "only" fighter to comeback from beatings like that and it made him a legend. If every fighter could do that then Gatti would never have been that special fighter everyone loved, he would of just been an average fighter with average toughness. So don't question Victors toughness when there are very few fighters out there that wouldn't have quit themselves had they taken that pounding. Not everyone can be Gatti you know.

He came in 1 lb heavier against Arnaoutis at 154 for a 140lb fight while Berto comes in at 153 for Quintana. He is also listed as slightly taller than Berto

All my points on Ortiz. The Maidana fight was a learning experience Ortiz needed.

Well I'm not one of them so I guess we're good. I don't expect fighters to all be tough like Gatti, nor do I expect them to take beatings for no good reason. IMO Clottey would've been justified in quitting against Pacquiao. He had no chance to win and was taking unnecessary punishment.

The only thing we disagree on is "Victor's toughness". You think he's tough, I'm not convinced. Let's agree to disagree.

Is it a learning experience for Ortiz when Bradley who isn't a big puncher makes Ortiz quit?
