The cutman didn't cost Pavlik.True enough the cutman wasn't experienced. If you manage the middleweight champ don't you get the best corner you can for him? That falls on Kelly's manager,Jack and Kelly's dad.And don't forget Martinez. If Pavlik wasn't so one dimensional Martinez wouldn't have been able to hit him and cut him.Anyone want to bet Kelly will get another staph infection and avoid Williams for another couple of years?

Blaming it solely on the cut man is very ****** but having a more experienced cut man could have made the fight a bit closer.
Let's keep in mind that Kelly was not the one saying this....

I knew people were going to blame his cut man.
Martinez was the better boxer on Saturday and outboxed Pavlik before and after the cuts.

i think i could do a better job as a cutman and trainer (simultaneously)
i forget what fight i was watching recently but the fighter had some pretty bad cuts. the cutman stayed on the ring apron, reaching over the side of the fighter instead of getting INSIDE of the ring where he could work on the fighter with more ease - the trainer just stayed infront of the fighter. how ***in ******, as a trainer, you could be talking to your guy from the side and let the cutman work his magic
/of random rant
