What an ending!!!!!!!! I gained a little more respect for Andre's skills last night. His ring smarts were on point.

I am very disapointed with AA. He paused and thought about throwing the punch, then threw it after he saw he was down. That was just plain WRONG!!!!!!!

Heres how I saw it. Dirrell was putting a boxing clinic against Abraham.
But for 12 FULL rounds no matter what, Abraham is ALWAYS a dangerous fighter because he can turn the fight around with one punch at anytime.
Dirrell was fighting smart using his lateral movement and not trying to stay in front of Abraham. Punching from different angles and making sure to go for the body (I didnt catch too many low blows from what I saw, but there was a couple). But there was a moment in the later rounds when Abraham had a look of concern on his face. Thats always a sign of frustration when a fight is not happening the way your (the fighter) hoping for.
11th round comes and Dirrell is pretty much staying away throwing a few straights here and there but just making sure to stay away from Abrahams punches. Hes about to back up in Abrahams corner, slips and falls (the first time he almost did the splits, in the same corner earlier in the fight), is down on both knees. Abraham saw he was on the ground, PAUSED FOR A MOMENT, and threw the punch to his chin INTENTIONALLY.
Now he might have had a hard time trying to stop himself because he was caught up in the moment. But he is a former middleweight champion and a PROFESSIONAL. As a professional he should know better than to do what he did. So therefore i feel the DQ was the right call.
But then when he said what he said after watching the review?! Wow I couldnt believe my ears. He saw what he did and still acted low class. I lost respect for Abraham after that. Maybe he can regain my respect later, but for right now, im not a fan of his anymore.
Im a RJJ fan and I didnt like it when he hit griffin on the floor 3 times, but he took the DQ like a true sport, KNEW what he did, got his rematch and the rest is history.
Now lets move on to Froch-Kessler & Ward-Green and get this second round done already....LETS GO WARD

abraham was robbed in this fight, he knocked dirrell down in round 10 but the referee didn't count it, and i think he staged the brutal knockout to get the win cause anyway he was going to get the knockout so he got the opportunity to pull the disqualification, and he used it. dirrell is a *****.
