Bhop was #1 in 2004

Now to this Decade crap and when it starts and ends, most are confused... first you must understand there never was a Year "0" so thats why this number jump or overlap happens, do most people care about this? no.

i think id be more comfortable making that desicion after they fight each other, boxing is a what have you done for me lately type sport, and mayweather sat at the top of the p4p list for a long time and for me that counts for something, pacs incredible run started really in 2008 after the marquez fight, because truthfully he didint look so great and i still feel he lost, but his last 3 wins have been fantastic, but my issue is that floyd fought 2 of those 3 guys already, i dont care about him stopping them because they each had something taken away from them, however he was smaller, so you have to give him credit for stopping bigger guys.

however when they fight i think we will really know.

this coming new year we enter a new decade.. and if you ask me Floyd has had a better decade than Pacquiao, he fought less men but he was more successful, he made more money and achieved top level success for a longer time, people just now started sucking on Manny's **** 2003-present, with Floyd he been on top at that time. he fought prime Diego Corrales, prime Carlos Hernandez and prime Jesus Chanvez back to back in 2001 Corrales being the undefeated star other than himself. Floyd was just better in his performances, he displayed more skills, he didn't take a loss, he made more money, more people know his name, overall I have more things hinting to me that it's Floyd who is the best of this decade at least when you comparing Floyd and Pacquiao
