Paul Williams To Return on Dec 5, Peterson Blasts Pavlik

krikya360.com was advised by promoter Dan Goossen that Paul "The Punisher" Williams will still move forward with a scheduled ring appearance on December 5 on HBO. The venue and opponent have yet to be determined but WBC junior middleweight champion Sergio Martinez is one of the names in the running. Williams had been scheduled to fight WBC/WBO middleweight champion Kelly Pavlik. The fight was originally set for October 3 and later postponed when Pavlik was unable to train due to a staph infection on his left hand. The fight was pushed to December 5. On Wednesday afternoon Pavlik's promoter Top Rank, and his trainer Jack Loew, announced his withdrawal from the Williams fight. Pavlik's staph infection had not healed up as expected. Loew told a Youngstown paper that his fighter is not capable of making a fist with his left hand. [details]

154 is ripe for a takeover. I hope Pwill gets in there and ****s some **** up. The Martinez fight is his toughest one if it happens, but I think he can win it. If they do fight I wanna see em scrap at JMW for Martinez' belt instead of Sergio jumpin to MW.

    And **** Pavlik.

If this fight is at 154 and IF it happens then that is it for me. The winner is the best JMW in the world without a doubt as far as I am concerned. Every other belt holder there is kind of so so in my view.

Williams should go to 154 and take over.

                  Leave 160 behind him.
