Dzindziruk being a "tougher opponent than Clottey" is certainly debatable, against Pavlik he really doesn't have anything to lose as it presents a title shot and by far the biggest fight in his career.Joshua Clottey is a all to lose and nothing to gain shot for Williams thus Clottey being a major risk,if Paul Williams wants to continue using that "most avoided man in boxing" bull**** then he better step up to the mark,Clottey is arguably a bigger name than Williams and yet he clearly want's to fight Williams and yet Williams and his promoter amazingly thinks it would be a step back,Williams isn't Mayweather and is in no such position to e making such claims.Paul Williams is a hypocrite and a scam with the charisma for a soggy sandwhich,so they have to market him as this dangerous "most avoided" fighter willing to fight anybody, anywhere.

Clottey is a huge Welterweight,so if Williams has any issues with the weight cut, then 154 is more than feasible,Clottey has wanted Williams for over a year now.

Clottey has called him out on his bull**** and it's up to Williams to actually live up to the tag.

During a recent conversation with promoter Dan Goossen, krikya360.com was advised that WBO junior middleweight champion Sergei Dzinziruk (36-0, 22KOs) is still the target of Paul "The Punisher" Williams (37-1, 27KOs). After a big April win over Winky Wright at middleweight, Williams is planning to drop down to 154 for a meeting with Dzinziruk.

HBO is not entirely against a fight with Dzinziruk, but the network would much rather have Williams take a fight with former champion Joshua Clottey. Clottey recently told BoxingScene that he wants to fight Williams next. Williams and Goossen are not interested in the fight, at least for the moment, and they do have valid reasons.

"I think a fight with Clottey is a step backwards. Why take the guy who lost the last fight [against Miguel Cotto]? If the winner [Cotto] wants to fight Paul, then we could do that. I think Joshua needs to come back and get a couple of wins before a fight with Paul can be discussed," Goossen said.

Why can't Bob Arum put the Clottey/Quintana fight as one of the under cards on Nov. 14? That's the least he can do to these 2 boxers, instead of putting them on a freezer for God knows how long...

I disagree. Clottey's style is all wrong to cope with the workrate that Williams has, because he stays behind his turtleshell defence until his opponent stops punching and only then does he start to attack himself - but Williams never stops punching, so it would be a very easy points win for Williams, and very similar to the Winky fight.

If it weren't for the fact that he says he still wants to fight Welterweights, I'd say that Dzindziruk is far more of a legacy fight than Clottey is, and far more of a threat. But given that he does say he wants to fight Mosley or Mayweather, I think he was silly to turn Clottey down, because beating Clottey would have put Mosley and Mayweather under intense pressure to fight him. But no way was it a duck. It was a bad move strategically, IMO, but to call it a duck is just silly.

A KO loss would still have set his career back badly, so he did have something to lose.

This is for real fight fans, When I first posted my comments I was angry. First off when I was talking about " white hope " it was taking the wrong way. (My bad) But let me get down to businness! The re-match I'm talking about is the one with Taylar. The first fight was a very excitation fight. No belt was on the line for the second fight. That what I'm saying. Is he a true champion or a (tomato can)champion ?
