Gvozdyk was bigger, stronger and Benavodez dominated that fight 9/3 or 8/4, while Morrell looked like sh.it in his 1st fight at 175

      Dominated ???
A 37 year old with 3 fights in four years against very chitty competition
If Benny was this monster he should have knocked him out
Oh right , he came out after his lacklustre performance and stated he was injured

I recall Benavidez has some of the highest defensive numbers on Compubox. Currently fifth highest plus/minus, in the company of Shakur, Bam, Loma, and Bivol, and 4th in terms of holding opponents to a low connect percentage on their power punches. That's not to mention his frequent appearances on the offensive side. I hope Morrell isn't overlooking Benavidez' skill, because he's actually pretty hard to hit, especially with power shots.

Funny these Cubans want to hype out their people by saying " this is for mu country, my people, etc", trying to get more fans. No, in Cuba you do not exist, they donīt care abut your fights or your career at least not officially and most people in Cuba donīt like you and consider you a traitor. The Cubans in Miami are divided. Morrell only has fans in his native town in Cuba, and not all of them.

In Morrell's last fight, he earned a grade of "Pedestrian" vs Kalajdzic. My money says D Benevidez would KO Kalajdzic before round 7. Beterbiev KO'd Kalajdzic before round 5.

"David Morrell says David Benavidez's only move is to attack"

When someone says something like that he's usually worried and want the opponent to cool it down.
Reminds me of Eubank on his faceoff with Benn urging/warning him not to do what he does, otherwise...

Benavidez is a good fighter against smaller and older guys, otherwise he hasn't prove anything against equal guys. Hope his fanfare finish soon! He better trains and drains well.

You don't have a clue about Cubans. The best boxing school is Cuba's. Shut up your snout dirty worm!

Benavidez is pretty skilled and has the faster hands

he has a nice jab, multiple routes to the body, and good enough defense
