And he rarely does ppv fights and prefers to do it by subscription. That's why reports of ppv numbers exceeding 100,000 (100k) is hard to digest. It may even be drastically lower. I don't even know why lots of people still believe in reported numbers like 300,000 to 800,000.
I don't know what it is but people love fooling themselves. They have this imaginary number of casuals in their minds still buying PPV's.

It's not even hard to figure. Take your own survey by standing in a street corner and ask passersby if they buy PPV's. Or how many people in your circle of friends, family, acquaintances buy PPV's? You won't find one. Even better is if you are a social media sensation and got millions of followers. Ask them if they buy PPV's. Probably eleven. Not these fantastical, exaggerated numbers like 100K to 500K some fools want us to believe. The days of massive PPV numbers are over.

One thing I've noticed, though, is the new owner of this site, BScene, hasn't reported any PPV number. That's amazingly excellent. And I hope they never will. Why, because there's no one to authenticate them.

Unlike the previous one, which was allied with PBC/Showtime.

The article was focusing on Bob Arum. For the record I hate all PPV. The last one I got ****** into was Mayweather vs Marquez. I think that that is one of three for my whole life.

Its not about being PPV worthy because our mental value for money is stuck in inflated costs making virtually nothing worthy, I think lots of fights can generate revenue such as this one, just make it a $10 quality stream and everybody is happy to pay for it.

For the system to work boxing needs a cheap viewing service for higher profile fights and building up prospects, something in 5-10 dollar range , and for the real big fights 25-30 bucks, otherwise pirate streams are going kill the sport over the long haul.

Boots is focused on unifying 147 (or so he claims). Nothing but [Crickets] from Camp Ennis since he got touched-up by Karen Chakhudzian.

The reality is there are two fighters that have any business fighting on ppv and that is canelo and tank. Nobody else should even be thinking about fighting on ppv but all of these guys win one semi notable fight and think they are stars.

It's not about that. It's about piracy. What makes you think Canelo and Tank's fights are not also pirated, considering they're more expensive? Bottom line is what you see reported are fake numbers. They're made up by fanboys pulled out from their asses. That's what people should focused on, use their brain and start questioning numbers. Everything reported is manufactured, thus it's giving the illusion that PPVs are still being bought. How many PPV fights did you buy last year? Exactly.
