Andrade was clamoring for a fight with Canelo for a long time, of course, for the money. It would've been a mismatch and Canelo would've knocked him out.
Canelo doesn't have the gast tank to hang with Benavidez and seemingly doesn't have the power to keep David off him either. Especially not this 34 year old version of Saul.

It's just a bad style matchup. There was a time where it would have been more competitive.

      How about vato loco instead????

        , right ???
Damn you told ur buddies to bet on Canelo beating Kova? That was a risky bet ngl ,if the ginger doesn't pull off that ko finish would've loss that one imo but yes, Canelo is def shopworn mf been throwing hands since was a toddler, pro debut at 15 ,thats not even legal in the US.

There has been so many mental gymnastics of why Canelo shouldn't fight Benavidez, I don't care about this match up at this point anymore.

Alvarez can do whatever he wants, just wish he didn't have the belts hostage. At least I hope he stays his way out of 175, and let the division play out like it should. With the winners of Smith-Buatsi, Benavidez-Morrell and Bivol-Beterviev 2 fighting with each other.

                Exactly
He was done before the Yarde fight
If Yarde had decent trainer that was his fight

                  2. 155 is not canelo weight, its a catchweight at middleweight lets not act like Canelo is the one who invented catchweights and btw its beneficial to both fighters not just the ginger.

                  3. Please mention a rematch in which the fighter than won the 1st making demands to meet AT A LOWER DIVISION instead of the same div the first one took place. It was suppose to be at 175 not 168, Bivol got greedy just admit it.

                  4. Just man up and openly admit you just cant stand Canelo...and Btw, losing your belts 2x for doing coke and failing to make weight in no nonsense nor anything to be proud of, Benavidez blew his shot at fighting Canelo the moment he got stripped in to begin with, you guys just love to discredit Canelo for not facing one guy and one guy only lol funny thing is most of this fellas are the same ones to quickly jump in to defend Boots decision of not taking on Ortiz imagine that lol. Thats just inexcusable.
                  1. I’ve been here long enough you can find my history on Canelo, one of the few people here who went to bat for him over Lara giving up the fight but I love when undercover homers (national pride people) accuse others of either racism or hating a fighter, it’s the go to for people it seems.

                  2. Fury and Wilder fought 3x does that mean Tyson lost any of them? My argument wasn’t how many times they fought my argument was canelo aged his biggest threat and still in the court of public opinion lost the first two fights, third fight man was a shell of himself.

                  3. what cheap chronic are you smoking? Your boy said 175 was a bridge too far to jump back to for him and Bivol said what? Ok, I’ll come in and fight you for your belts at a division you can’t make excuses at. Let’s not rewrite history yall are well known for that shhh when it comes to ginger. Want to talk about admitting, how about you man up and admit your man knew he couldn’t beat bivol in any division. Literally was forced to eat his own words.

                  4. 155 is not Canelo weight? What is it then, man literally argued he wasn’t a 160lb fighter and didn’t want to fight the 160lb champions and stuck at 155 for how many fights consecutively to avoid the smoke with golovkin while fighting the khans of the world.

                  5. I’m happy to keep dismantling your defense of him, I got time for it.

                  6. funny how you talk so much about Benavides and his failed test but ducked the smoke about your man, having lost the first fight with ggg in again the court of public opinion testing dirty and then having the rest of his camp come and pop dirty for how many consecutive years but I’m sure it’s all explainable right, they all ate tacos from the same stand while failing over how many different masking diuretics.

                  7. You didn’t have to say you are Mexican, most of us knew it. You are a great poster unless there is some Mexican boxer bullshhh to defend on here then suddenly you lose your mind.

                  8. I don’t hate Canelo, never did. I just hate what his handlers have allowed him to do to his legacy and the argument that he’s now able to do what he wants like that hasn’t been the mantra for the past near decade. Man has made ten lifetimes worth of money, If you are only finding for checks give up the belts and go the Jake Paul route. Not fighting the hardest challenges out there is wasting our time. There was zero defense for him fighting Charlo, berlanga, or Mungia whom he carried through fights just so the public wouldn’t roast his behind.

Canelo runs his carreer 100% business-like and Zero percent as competitive sports. He has very little confidence on his chances of beating David. He knows he has maybe 25% chance of winning and that afterwards he would loose the luster and magic he uses to make over 50 million dollars sell each of his mediocre fights. He knows that without fighting David, we can make $300-500 million milking tens of millions of poor Mexican souls, and that David would very likely embarrass him. He knows David would probably knock him out too and that is too risky for Canelo.
