I agree , you should fight every round , cruising in the last few rounds has cost plenty of guys fights when they assumed that they were up on the cards. If you think that you're up , keep doing what you've been doing. Another thing that costs guys fights is doing absolutely nothing in the first couple of rounds but feinting and measuring. Watch some tape before the fight, when the bell rings every round is being scored.
if a safety fighter Floyd tried to win every minute of the fight

There’s no reason why everyone else can’t go for it

You mean like how you keep ducking justifying giving Beterbiev round 1?

      Proper little coward, aren't you?

thanks, I wouldn't have even known he still existed if I didn't see you quoting his ****** ass. All that estrogen in his veins has him acting like a sad woman. I literally haven't said a word to him since before Covid. Acting like Bivols wife FFS.
Wow. This is pathetic even for your standard.

Did you forget that you admitted you have taken PED's yourself, you fucking clown?

You are in the other thread calling Dan_Cov "feminine" because he blocks people whilst admitting this very post you have me blocked A long with "3/4 of this site" apparently. Where did you get that stat from?

Sitting here acting like you don't read my replies when you read every last one.How else would you even know what you've accused me of in this very post, idiot? You "wouldn't know I exist" yet seem to know a lot about me.

You couldn't make this stuff up. You are the joke of the forum mate, I hate to break it to you.

Bivol didn't do himself any favors by covering up for long stretches in certain rounds, but outside of a body shot here and there,i really can't even remember any Artur punches that he landed. I clearly remember Art getting rocked in the 7th and clean combos from Bivol though
What's crazy is that 2 out of the 3 judges gave Beterbiev the 7th round! The best punches of the whole fight were landed by Bivol in that round. He took his foot off the gas the last minute of the round, but clearly did enough work early to win it.

When asked that question about him corner, Beterbiev just smiled and said "they always say that".

Well, there was a judge who was essentially blackballed right?

CJ Ross scored Mayweather - Canelo a draw. Absolutely disgusting scorecard. She never judged again.

Now, idk if that was forced upon her, or if she just didn’t wanna take the heat anymore from the boxing word and just gave it all up on her own.

I could totally see a professional boxing judge, turning in an absolutely disgusting scorecard in a high profile bout, and having it be so absolutely awful, that no matchmaker would ever touch them again.

Lower profile bouts, probably doesn’t get looked into that much. But in a high profile bout? Yeah everyone’s gonna see it.

I mean it’s hard to enforce hard rules on scoring because it’s so subjective, but if the general consensus says a judges scorecard sucks or they routinely turn in terrible scorecards, then maybe the boxing community can blackball them so to speak.

Ross had made a frew REALLY bad decisions before Canelo/Mayweather, but yeah she did step down after that (I know she did Pacquao/Bradley. I seem to remember her in another really bad one)

kind of proves my point though. She wasn't punished. She stepped down after all the heat for giving 6 rounds to Canelo in a fight where he was shut out lol

                    It's happened in the past.

James Toney- Dave Tiberi, one of the biggest robberies of all time when Tiberi was robbed, those judges got fired and were investigated by the government for corruption. Not sure how far it went.

The Paul Williams-Erislandy Lara judges got fired as well, I think. Or suspended.

Ian John Lewis got demoted for his Taylor-Catteral scorecard.

Lol wtf did you watched? Bivol aint Shakur ,the guy actually engages constantly while using proper footwork and distance control. Didnt you watch those beautiful one-twos and resets? Bivol connected the cleaner shots throughout the fight w/out a question , the thing is AB hits like a fkn brick and is also very methodic on his offensive. It was a very tactical fight and I want a rematch ASAP.
