Yeah I agree. He gets in, first Ballot

I'm no great fan of Ward, but the context around the Bute fight is important.
Ward had just gone through the Super 6. Bute for whatever reason didn't enter it.
Wards position was, why should he get a shot at the Title, having not gone through the fire to earn it. I can see his point, but on the other hand, he's a fighter so he probably should have fought him.
I do think though, that if Bute had beaten Froch, Ward would have fought him (probably in Oakland, with his family members as referee and judges lol)

I know the rules and why it took so long, but it still feels awkward that Pac is still not in the HoF (yet) given how his opponents are already in.

Agreed, they are really beginning to sc**** pretty low, especially considering some of the guys who still aren't in. Lucien Bute wasn't even the best in his division when he was fighting.

It shows the ease in which they're taking in anyone to the HOF when you see whose in the same list with Manny. They're not even close in accomplishments. Crazy. I think the HOF needs its own chambers similar to all the ABC belts and depending on the quality in which you're HOF worthy, you get dropped into a specific chamber, haha. Cause I can tell you, there is no way you would have Manny's plaque right next to a guy like Shawn Porter for example. No way in hell.

I am sorry, Shawn Porter is NOT a Hall Of Fame, neither is Bute, Garcia and Manny are the only ones with credible cases, the rest were good, but not Hall of Fame good. I might put Porter in as a broadcaster before I would as a fighter.

Manny is perhaps the most obvious first ballot HOFer maybe ever, outside of the Sugar Ray's, Ali, and Mayweather. The others? Seems thin. I'm curious about who else is on the list. Personally I'd take someone like Omar Narváez over Porter or Bute all day long.

Let everyone in , the bar has already been lowered , that horse has already left the barn. If fifty boxing fans know your name , you're in. The hall of fame is like Oprah Winfrey giving away cars....
