Judges fell asleep during the fight, got woken up when the fight ended and then had to rush writing in scores. They just guessed and wrote it in. That’s what was taking so long with the cards.Comment

You might be able to chalk this up to boxing's ambiguous scoring criteria.
Maybe the Judges felt neither landed enough clean hard punches.
Foster was not being aggressive, so you can't say effective aggression.
He was moving a lot, some may consider that running & not really defense
Ring Generalship for many usually defaults to the come forward fighter, so in this case.....
