Why come out and announce the fight with Ryan when nothing was signed? Then as soon as I saw Ryan claiming to not want a tune up i really became paranoid.
I feel like they both knew they wasn't fighting next and was using it to promote their next fight.
I hope I'm wrong smh

Who in their right mind is going to pay for the expenses of a training camp, including sparing partners and all the rest of it without a signed contract? Hey, take Business or Econ 101 at your local community college before blurting nonsense!

The ones that get signed during fight week are the 1-page state specific bout contracts that the commissions require. But the main bout agreements from the lead promoter would all be signed sealed and delivered before they even print the first fight poster. Do you honestly believe that Showtime, or the PPV distributors would block off dates and incur production expenses for a fight that isnt even signed???? cmon man.........lol

Oscar is a business man; in business with a top boxing promotional company, highly intelligent and with boots on the ground. Tank is a punchy dummy who's not directly connected with any drafting of contracts ever.
Do you really think Tank sent a contract over? I may have been ab-libbing with the word contract. It's on the post fight presser from Elie Sechbach (covered here as well). He might have said Ryan needs to agree with everything which is redundant because he's done so the whole time and Stank even said Ryan agreed to everything they threw at him. If I misspoke about the word contract, I apologize.
Either way, Oscar is more reliable than Tank on a 99.999999999% basis.
EDIT =--->
If they sent a contract, they'll be able to oust Oscar by showing proof it was sent. Let's see what they say.
I think the phrase “nobody has sent me a contract” is starting to become synonymous with ducking. And I mean that in the collective sense - I’m not speaking of Ryan or Tank.
This phrase is gaining traction from boxers (Thurman and a few others have said it).
The business representative of the boxer handles the legal aspect of any contract so in this case it’s GBP and whoever represents Tank.
All that aside, you are correct, Tank was perhaps talking about his legal representative based on the info he’s been given. Regardless, it’s his job to make sure that part is taken care of.
My thing is, this isn’t the first time You Oscar has done this deadline ultimatum out of the blue. He doesn’t need to go public with it. All he has to do is use a different approach. It’s business after all and there’s plenty of money to be made.
