I think the phrase “nobody has sent me a contract” is starting to become synonymous with ducking. And I mean that in the collective sense - I’m not speaking of Ryan or Tank.
This phrase is gaining traction from boxers (Thurman and a few others have said it).

The business representative of the boxer handles the legal aspect of any contract so in this case it’s GBP and whoever represents Tank.

All that aside, you are correct, Tank was perhaps talking about his legal representative based on the info he’s been given. Regardless, it’s his job to make sure that part is taken care of.

My thing is, this isn’t the first time You Oscar has done this deadline ultimatum out of the blue. He doesn’t need to go public with it. All he has to do is use a different approach. It’s business after all and there’s plenty of money to be made.

Well, I think it's fair & reasonable that you back this up since it's the toic of debate. Moving forward, if you're without source it's not fair to say that my thing is, this isn’t the first time now is it? Provide all times he's said this and if it's a reasonable amount of x, then it's fair to consider it when he does it. Without sources, anyone can say anything any anytime.

Espinoza is not the lead promoter here, Haymon is. So what Espinoza knows or doesnt know is irrelevant. YOU are the one who brought up the contract issue, and I pointed out TWO separate ways to deal with it, force majeure, or a separate addendum. Its NOT a big deal. You are just TRYING to make it a big deal because that is what suits your agenda.

DLH did not handle this artfully, he should have done it privately, But he is not wrong for demanding that PBC **** or get off the pot. Why waste another month or so waiting for a contract, if its never coming. If the fight isnt happening, then PBC can just say so and both guys can move on to other fights........
