This will not turn out well for him. Suing a Harvard lawyer that represented Muhammad Ali to get his start in the sport while claiming racism is incredibility ******. Either way the case goes he loses. No one will work with this man again without factoring in lawyer fee's.

You sound really scared of Bob. It turned out great for Oscar/Floyd. What’s going to happen? Arum doesn’t have the best relationships around boxing so why wouldn’t they work with Crawford just because he sued Arum? That’s just silly to think. TC is not the first to sue him and I can assure you with Arum track record he won’t be the last. I’m curious to know how you’re so sure you know Crawford will lose? You all swore Haymon would lose to Arum too and that PBC wouldn’t last a year. I don’t know if he’s racist or not because I never met the man a day in my life. You’re speaking as if you know him personally.

I would think that he would face the winner of Ugas/Spence to solidify his legacy and maybe throw in Thurman and then move up.

Bud wasted his prime sighting and re signing with Top Rank which diminished his value fighting faded guys and stay busy fights.
Not saying he was ducking real challenges but he seemed content fighting easy fights with Arum when it was time for him to take advantage of his talent.
Now it seems he’s realizing that promoters and networks aren’t tripping over themselves to sign a top P4P guy that has trouble putting asses in the seats and can’t sell a PPV.
He’s made himself a high risk, low reward fighter.

How about Crawford fights Tim Tszyu to test the waters at 154lbs. That would be a difficult fight for Bud.

No it isn't. That's a serious top rank flaw.

That was because Leonard retired due to eye issues. Back then, a torn retina was a more serious issue.

Crawford talks a big game but priced himself out of the spence fight many times. He says he wants charlo or castano but will also price himself out of those fights. He fail to realize that if he takes the fight and wins he would then become the main draw he thinks he is in his head. All he gotta do is win the fight. He won’t bet on himself tho. That says a lot.

Fans who reinforce the “side of the street” narrative don’t even realize that they’re apart of the problem with boxing. Once you start accepting & spreading those types of ****** arguments to not make fights, you give them power.

what we should all have been doing was shutting down that nonsense from the jump & clowning any fighter talking that nonsense. Put the pressure on these guys, bruise their egos, instead of jumping on the bandwagon and reinforcing the division amongst other fans. Their job is to fight, strive to be the best & welcome & demand ALL challengers, not just the ones who fight under the same promoter as them.

Bud and TR were no saint by any means but it’s beyond clear they’ve wanted the fight more than Spence & PBC. How soon many forget that it was always Bud calling out Spence - & Spence boasting that he didn’t need to fight Bud.- & then Danny, Thurman & Porter all followed suit & pushed the “wrong side of the street” bs. Not to mention the way PBC used to purposely pretend Bud didn’t even exist, when mentioning champions at WW or potential match ups for Spence.

No doubt this fight has lost some luster. The long wait & Spence’s accident & eye injury have tainted it. As a fan of course I’ll still watch if it ever gets made. But it’s just doesn’t have that same feeling to it anymore, at least for me. Just doesn’t seem like that big of a deal any more.

Disappointed with whispering Bud , earns $20m in three years with TopRank then sues them for racism saying if he weren't black he'd have earned more ....what a load of bollock he'd have earned more if he'd have publicly pressed fighters like Spence instead of just sat there whispering , no longer impressed with this !
