Dude, it's clear you hate mexicans, in all your posts you always attack them. To say mexicans are always helped by referees, after looking Mayweather in tenths of fights, for example, Pacquiao vs Marquez, Jermell Charlo recently, just exposes you as a racist and a hater. I don’t hate Mexicans, I dislike many Mexican American fans on this site as they are incapable of accepting justified criticism of their fighters. I never said Mexicans are “always”helped by judges, I gave examples of many that were and that’s just a fact. I criticize bad decisions regardless of who benefits, white, black, Hispanic because that’s what REAL boxing fans do. And yes, it is the A side and in the cases of Canelo and Chavez, that’s why they got the help they did, as did many Mexicans who fight in Texas like Estrada vs Choc. Barrera and Morales are two of my top 10 favorite fighters ever. So save your racist card for someone else. Maybe you should’ve pulled that card on the guy who made the ridiculous comment that blacks win fights by cheating because they hold, and that they’re the ones who always get the help from the judges. Guess you must’ve missed that comment and instead brought your emotional rant my way. Or maybe you didn’t care about that comment and perhaps that makes you the racist.

What Valdez tested for is not a banned substance for athletes to ingest its only an in-competition bann which means its only not allowed for the actual competition event. (similar to marijuana, caffine in above a certain dosage etc.)

Vada who are just a facilitator with no research or investigation department are the only organization who has it on there banned list at all times. Wada the standard for all other organization who do have a research department, investigation department, and are responsible for putting vada biggest cheer leader Victor Conte in prison for his PED violations do not have what Valdez tested for in their banned list for out of competition use.

Vada is a new Organization trying to make a buzz around themselves however only boxing has embraced them because it is spear headed by former ringside physician Margaret Goodman. So how does a new organization makes a buzz? they try to bust more people than other organization, But how do they do that? they add over 70 substances that are not banned by any organization (including wada) for out of competition use into the banned substance list so they can "LOOK" like they are busting more people when infact they are not.

Had valdez been tested by any other organization in the world he would not have had a failed test.

Valdez tested positive for a substance known as a MASKING AGENT to other banned substances...that means IT HIDES OTHER PEDS.....is that easier for you to understand?.....don't come in here and act like you're a dumb person.

Valdez test positive for a substance only VADA has on its banned list at all times. But WADA who is the standard doesn’t have it on their banned list for out of competition use. It’s a over the counter weigh loss product. When is stank Davis the intern champ gonna fight a real champ?

If you take your Mexican blinders off you'd see that he is telling you that Mexican fighters have an extensive history of cheating.....PEDS or other methods.....and its true. I would bet every cent I have that canelo alvarez was on PEDS for his recent run....since Golovkin 2...LOL

From what has been published, it also appears that the drug was detected after contracts for random testing Hy vada had been exchanged for the fight.

Incidentally, the analogy with baseball and Peds is also not relevant as baseball is not a weight category combat sport.

I didn't make an analogy with baseball. I responded to someone bringing up baseball who was implying baseball is tough on PEDs and boxing is not (though it is a fair point that baseball is not a weight category sport). My main point in response was that baseball hardly tests compared to boxing and there are obvious drug cheats that baseball has turned a blind eye to.

You say the out of competition and WADA aspects are a red herring, but you don't make an argument for why this is so. I would agree as far as the WBC goes. They should refuse to sanction the fight based on how their clean boxing program is supposed to operate, though that would seem to punish Conceicao more than Valdez. As far as the Tribe's Athletic Commission goes, they can make their own decision based on the evidence as detailed previously.

Obviously the drug was detected after random testing by VADA had been agreed by contract for the fight. The positive test was from samples taken on 13 August and the testing began in July. VADA does the testing and reports the results. Results which do not break WADA rules but do clash with the WBC's clean boxing program. So, yes, Conceicao could claim breach of contract and get out of the fight. Does he want to? The WBC should refuse to sanction the fight. The Athletic Commission have obviously decided on the balance of evidence to proceed.
