That's what happened. VADA do not decide what happens next, the adjudicating commission does. The athletic commission has obviously adjudicated along the lines of WADA, which is to not regard the substance in question as prohibited out of competition. You can call it irrelevant all you want, but it is the rule and it seems that the adjudicating bodies involved do not agree with you.

Already agreed that the WBC should not sanction it. But they are and that's down to them.
Where did I am say that vada decided what happened next?
At least according to what I read, it seemed the testing was done under the au****es of WBC Clean Boxing program.
So wada and "out of competition" are irrelevant.
It was down to WBC whether to sanction the fight, strip Valdez, whatever which, as you say, they've already decided on.
Might as well just scrap "clean boxing".

You wrote: during the "under contract" period for vada testing explained why this wada "out of competition" bs wasn't relevant in this case.

I'm sorry if I misinterpreted your calling of WADA rules as BS as meaning that you thought WADA rules were BS, but that seemed the logical inference. It seemed you were stating that VADA rules should be held above WADA rules, but forgive me if you meant by BS that WADA should be the rules held above VADA.

Now that you point out that you weren't saying VADA should have any say in the decision, it does seem logical that Valdez should be allowed to fight. You make a good point.

            .
I don't need to read anything since he wasn't stripped of his title, the fight is still going to take place as scheduled. It's still a tittle fight.

Section S6 (only banned in-competition) [Wada]

FYI Phentermine will not give a false positive for meth lol. In a preliminary substandard test (like those at work places) it can test for amphetamine but... the people taking the test knows this so they will order an advanced confirmation test done on the sample where it will show its Phentermine and not meth. Jobs do this cause the advanced test cost more than the premlinary test and only order confirmation test on the individuals that need it, reason being if they fire anyone off the preliminary test for "Meth" and it was really "Phentermine" they can be sued for wrongful termination, its why a confirmation test is ordered.

Um yea, You dont have a clue what you are talking about.

You just repeated what I already said you are a ******. the "Advanced confirmation test" is a mass spectro test you ******, that is what I already said, You are agreeing that I am right but you are too dumb and unfamiliar with the terminology.

Phentermine is closely related to amphetamine which is what I already told you.

Sure i just explain it in terms people will understand so people can follow the conversation.

bottom line Boxing commission follows wada protocol not vada, so Oscar Valdez is clean. Its not a "in-competition" banned. No "bro science" you have will change that. Vada cant even produce any literature based evidence to backup their claims for why substances are in their banned list. Vada is a joke.

                      its bro science?

Vada needs to "justifiy" why its on their list?

Wada doesnt have it on their list because its an obscure drug that hasnt been prescribed as much since the 90s when obese people were getting heart attacks from it in the "fen-phen" combo pill.

Its a an amphetamine class controlled substance prescribed specifically to loose weight and a guy was taking it in a sport with weight classes. Im the one that needs to justify why that is cheating? are you crazy?

what broscience? go look at the manufacturer's documentation on its intended use for this drug.
