Spence has a come forward and exciting style that he is bound to take some shots but he has shown to have a great chin! Porter is aggressive and fast which is why he landed punches, I am pumped for Pacquiao vs Spence!!!

sparring is not the actual fight.... BUT, it gives you an idea where a fighter is at... you think a fighter is purposely gonna take unnecessary punches, just because "it's sparring"???

But without context it's no point in judging it... Don't know who was fresh, what they was working on etc. No crowd, no dangerous intent, no stakes, adrenaline is different, lol have y'all sparred before???

First of all sorry for all those Errol fanboys that have man crushes similar to ggg fanboys who make every close fight or non stoppage into their favorite fighter changing his style to fight (match) their opponents style. Lol.

Btw Spence didn’t play Porters game. Smh. Nor did he play Mickey Garcia’s game either. Porter is a wild man but he can be effective at times due to his foot speed and awkwardness similar in certain ways to Ricky Hatton or Pac-Man (no Porter doesn’t fight like Pac-Man fanboys). He throws your timing off in a way and you’re forced to fighting him a certain way if you cannot neutralize his awkwardness. The correct way to neutralize him is to do what Kell Brooke did catch him coming in and tie him up no matter how much Kenny Porter cries about clinching.
Errol was not really effective in doing so although he was effective at getting off on Porter more than he is given credit for but I believe he was hit more than he expected so he played into the narrative that he fought Porters fight which is false. No one fights Porters fight he’s wild and Errol is not and was not that night. So please stop with the bull*****tt.

Took the first 5 rounds EASY WORK.

Thurman only won middle rounds because PAC allowed him and then closed the deal in the later rounds.
Thurman played catch up the whole time.

Not on face value it don't, you need to know the details because in every camp the main guy is being pressured hard, some sparing will have maybe 12-15 rounds rotating 4 different guys, if you don't know what the sparing proceeds you're pissing in the wind, you guys form strong opinions on very little information.

I would not describe Portor as slow, but he is not laser like fast.

Portor's mentality will make him appear faster 'He has no issue charging forward and applying pressure continually' It is instinctive to him.

Spence has a simple defense really, he is a bit like Ronald Winky Wright but not as good. Ronald Winky Wright had the simple defense perfected.

Also it's easier to get hit with that headgear which can block your vision and make you have to move your head a longer distance when slipping punches. Especially if your wearing certain headgear vs the ones from back in the day.
